“We came in to get a pillow for my husband and we had a specialist and his name was Nick T. He was the best. He took the time to go over the different type of pillows and how my husband slept. Within 30 minutes he found the pillow he loved. Thanks Nick”
“What a wonderful store, so much to choose from. I worked with Lisa , the daughter, and she was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. The prices and discounts are great. Every time I have been to the store someone has helped me.”

“They did not have the particular couch we were looking at. We looked at others and found one we liked by the same company we were originally looking at. But did not the right color or size we needed. So we decided to order one with the correct color and size, but still had concerns on the color. Silva or sales person called the company and had them send a sample/swatch of the color. That made us feel better about our on seen order.”
“Hobby Lobby is a playground for adults. If you are crafty and even if you are not, it has something for everyone. Came in looking for cards to watercolor on, but I could not find them at this location, but I did not leave empty-handed. Bought stuff for my card making. Came home happy. I will have to look at my location because I have seen them there, so maybe not all locations are the same. Great pricing and wasn't cluttered like some places with their isles.”
“This place has it all and at prices that beat the competition. I have yet to leave the store without buying something of value and being satisfied with both the price and quality.
The staff is great and accommodating...very nice people. This is a hidden gem.”
“I love this store. It is one of the few stores where shopping in person is needed because they have so many options and items that are helpful but I didn’t know were available. Friendly staff too.”
“Wonderful experience. Sales team member David Brown was accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. Purchase was expeditious and flawless.Plenty of parking. Very accommodating atmosphere. I highly recommend the Garden City location.”

“Are you really appreciated our sales person who took the time to help us with our purchase as well as carrying it to the cash register out to our car. That’s the kind of service that set you apart from the others. He also introduced us to the manager!”

“Joanne was talented, creative and fun to work with throughout our family room renovation.
We especially appreciated Joanne’s patience! Our family room was transformed and we love it!
Thank you Joanne!”
“Great service! I called ahead to ensure the item I was looking for was in stock. The gentlemen, Dennis who answered was very helpful and went to verify that the item was in stock. When I arrived I was met by another employee, she helped my find the item and later helped me with the purchase. I found the store to be clean and easy to navigate.”
“There's a woman who works here named Joann, and she's literally just the best! We love seeing her on our stops by the store. She's always super friendly and helpful and extremely patient. Thanks so much Joann!!!”
“Love the store. I found some really cool stuff there for Halloween. It is huge either way so huge selection. Loved the workers there. Super helpful. I’m definitely going back.”
“I love Pottery Barn stuff, it's well made, stylish and fairly priced. This time, I went to get some candles as gifts and their variety of scents was really good. The place is very big, so it's hard to find staff if you have any questions, they are just not walking around looking to answer your question. You have to actually go to where they are and ask for assistance. That's fine. The Pottery Barn company was co-founded in 1949 by Paul Secon and his brother Morris in West Chelsea, Manhattan. Paul discovered three barns full of pottery from the factory of Glidden Parker in Alfred, New York, who had stored extras and seconds up the road from the business. That's where the name comes from. The company was acquired by Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in 1986. Its mail-order catalog was first published in 1987. Plenty of parking at this large location in Garden City.”
“Shopped in store, Warwick, RI, to finalize selection, pricing and delivery. Resting very comfortably in my new recliner within 4 days.
Sales rep, Kate, was very helpful and took all the time I needed.
This was not my first purchase from this location and it will not be my last!!
