“My husband and I could not be more pleased with our year-round pergola we purchased from Outdoor Personia. We did extensive research before deciding to go with Outdoor Personia in Bellingham. They were, by far, the most desirable and competitive company for this project. The quality of their materials and craftsmanship was far superior to their competitors and their customer service exceeded our expectations. Their prices were exceptional for the quality of their materials, the sturdy construction, and the beautiful aesthetic that enhanced and matched the exterior of our home. We live in a neighborhood which is quite windy and decided to go with a permanent pergola structure in lieu of an expensive outdoor (marine quality) patio umbrella. We are thrilled with our decision. The team was beyond helpful and knowledgleable in assisting us with meeting our needs and wants while staying within our pricepoint without compromising sizing, quality, or design options. They were highly available and communicative in their timelines, processes, and progress. We worked closely with their rep Christian Correia who possessed significant technical expertise without pressuring us for a sale or trying to upsell us. He was extremely helpful and patient with us and our numerous questions -while deciding what we wanted in our design and our canopy options. They worked with us in creating an exact custom design that we loved. They do not install cheap 'kit options'. Instead they build outdoor products that will withstand the New England weather conditions, and look beautiful to complement your property. They truly care about their customers and making them happy. In fact, we believe they went above and beyond to enure our satisfaction. We also worked closely with Marcus Wenger (one of the founders/owners) who took time to help us understand the nuances of these structures and aided us exploring design options and materials. This helped to cement for us that not only the workmanship of their products and staff were exceptional, but the artisanship (curb appeal) of the final design would exceed our satisfaction and expectations. And it did. They continued to stay in contact and communications with us during and after the project was completed. That speakers volumes as to the authenticity of this business and that they genuinely care about their projects and their customers gratification equally. You don't often have direct access to a company's founder and owner. They stand behind their work. We could not be happier with our beautiful pergola and the company's staff whose passion is noticeable in their exceptional customer service and quality craftmanship- which goes above and beyond. It you want a sturdy, durable, beatiful, luxury, high quality outdoor product from a business with a long local honest history, do not look any further or waste your time or money looking elsewhere. Outdoor Personia is simply the best in what they do. We highly recommend this company and will surely be referring our family, friends, and neighbors to them.

They greeted and welcomed me after I came in and gave me the lay of the land and let me just wander. I ended up buying a modular sectional inspired by one on the floor they had. It was a very relaxed experience from start to finish.”

“I have been using knock on wood for years, and love the quality of the furniture. I had bookcases a kitchen island and side tables which were stained to match my furniture. “I use self checkout most times. Store shelved are pretty empty. Few things I came for I did not find and lots of aisles partially blocked with pallets of goods needed to be shelved with no one around to do such. Floors are clean except from merchandise that shoppers have dropped on the floor and have not picked up to replace on the shelves (even bread). I just don't get it.”
