“Had great experience with the Printing department at Staples in Providence RI. They made infomal recommendations regarding the types of applications needed to format the document. At the store, the associate was very patient. She printed out the program on two types of paper and worked with us to correct a photo that was distorted. Fast turnaround for printing job with fold in it.”

Well, when I arrived there, I stood in a line of only 2 people, and noticed the clerk was very friendly and outgoing. When it was finally my turn, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. I introduced myself, and she stated her name is: Katt Lead Clerk. She did a great job and great customer service skills. Stop putting negative comments on places it ruins people's expectations. “I've been using this post office for years & have never had an issue. There's only long lines around nov-dec for obvious reasons. Staff is always helpful, location is much more convenient than the downtown location (parking always a nightmare), & the Corliss location is fine but it's ALWAYS so busy. Parking on Smith has never been an issue, or if you take public transportation, the bus (57 or 56 line) runs approx every 20 min & drops very close by. It is sometimes hard to spot since it's in the same building as a Mexican food restaurant & sits next to the Rhode Island credit union.”
“This isn't a bad post office. The whole USPS needs to be reevaluated. I pay for a post office box so I can get my mail when I am spending the summers at a campground because the post office will not deliver to the campground. So I pay for the box and they fill it with junk mail because the post office is paid to deliver junk mail. I have the app to show me if I am getting any useful mail which happens about 4 times a year, but I have to periodically drive to the post office to clean out the junk mail and put it in the huge bin they offer for all of the post office box holders to throw out junk mail. So I'm paying for a box for the post officeto get paid to put junk mail in, and the advertisers are paying for ads that get only a brief glance as they are tossed in the trash. And yet somehow the USPS loses money every year and the taxpayers have to bail them out because the gummint thinks the mail system is necessary.”
