“Great service!! The rear brakes were scraping so I called Steingold Volvo service deoartment. They had me bring the car in that morning for evaluation. They contacted me quickly with an update and said they’d take care of it right away. I agreed and my car was repaired and ready within 3 hours. When I picked it up, the car was washed and cleaned. The entire process was so smooth. They sent me updates and a video of the brakes inspection and repair and a written report. Steingold makes the entire process from purchase to repairs so easy. “I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dorman Auto. My child’s car was involved in an accident, which is stressful enough as a parent, and they truly went above and beyond my expectations.
