“Sam and Paul are great. The facility is very clean and secure. There are 2 closed gates that only open from keypads. There is also a fence around the entire property. They have a lot of parking for RVs, cars, and boats. I always feel safe going there. The keypads are also bluetooth compatible so you can open the gates and doors from the mobile app!”
“We love CubeSmart! Their customer service is amazing--so helpful and considerate. Such a pleasure dealing with Jasmyne and X! They really went above and beyond.”
“After four years at Storage America, I cleaned out my storage unit today on Freight Street. I just want to mention that it’s been wonderful dealing with this company. They’ve always been very courteous and caring when I ran into difficulty paying and I’m gonna miss them.”
“The space is definitely old, but has tons of character, and it's great to see our old industrial buildings being used practically, and not just turned into overpriced lofts. The floor is definitely a bit rickety, old, and wooden, so having your stuff in *plastic totes* is definitely advisable in a space such as this. The units themselves are new and sturdy, and it was evident they take pest control seriously as well. The staff was accommodating and friendly, it's reasonable and affordable, and it's beyond convenient to have my family's stuff a walkable distance away from their apartment in Pawtucket.”
“Michael G. was incredibly professional and helpful while checking us back in. We also had a great time while picking up the van. It was clean and exactly what I needed. Probably the easiest moving van rental I’ve ever had.”
