I filed the claim with my insurance and called Brian shortly after. Brian was transparent, informative and took the stress right off my hands by dealing directly with my insurance company, which was a huge relief.

“I was referred to Carl Collision because of the recommendation of my family as well as my car dealership service staff who has been impressed by their amazing service in the past. So when I needed service for my car I had scheduled car repairs service with them. I have an amazing experience with all of the Staff there. However Lee Camara who is the front office manager was the 1:1 contact person for me. Lee has been an outstanding customer service skilled staff who know how to communicate with customers going through the stressful times during a car collision. He was there all the way with me to provide a clear vision and support for everything possible on earth to soothe the pain and stress I was going through! He provided not only the best communication skills and support but because of his amazing empathy and emotional connection with the customers he also provided me with the excellent education on the service and repair work that needed to have the car back to its baseline. He was skilled not only with empathy but also definitely with great professional experience and amazingly gifted customer service skills! He arranged enterprise rentals having me a same model of a almost brand new rental car to make me comfortable and familiar with my transitional time driving experience. He took care of everything from paperwork for arrangements for additional appraisal from the insurance company, arranging rental car delivery and keeping me up with regular updates on the progress of the repairs process . Finally he arranged to deliver my car when repairs were completed making sure it was the right time and right place for me to arrange to deliver my car . My car looks even better than before with the amazing service of Carl Collision Center. I strongly recommend them for anyone who is looking for an empathetic and person centered car repair service experience after going through a traumatic experience with the car accident or damage . “Just picked up my car from being repaired after a pretty lousy situation with a side swipe style accident. The folks here were super flexible with getting paperwork done due to conflicting schedules. The work they did was absolutely incredible. My car looks like the day it rolled off the assembly line. “Brand new Suburban, not even three months old, was hit in a parking lot. Andrew did an absolutely amazing job. Trusting someone with a brand-new vehicle says a lot, and he went above and beyond. He fought with the insurance company to make sure all damaged parts were fully replaced, not just repaired. The door frame was bent and scratched, and insurance wanted him to simply bond the door—Andrew made sure it was done the right way. The vehicle looks perfect. Highly recommend this shop.”

They handled everything seamlessly, including working directly with insurance, which made the entire process feel stress free. Communication was excellent from start to finish and I always knew exactly what was going on.
The quality of their work is outstanding and their attention to detail is impeccable. My car looks absolutely brand new and I only wish I had before pictures to show how incredible the transformation is. I live about 30 minutes away but I will gladly continue to go out of my way to come here because I trust their work that much.
