“These guys are amazing. After a minor fender bender I brought my BMW into Sarge's for an estimate and repair. Joey provided a very fair job estimate and a 3 day time table once the car was in the shop. On my appointment day (Monday) I brought it in and on Wednesday drove it home. The results were so perfect that it is impossible to tell any work was done. Highly recommended - from a very finicky BMW owner.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Brougham Motors. After going through the incredibly stressful and emotional experience of totaling my car after an accident, their family-run business made me feel genuinely supported every single step of the way. Meredith was absolutely amazing — patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and so clear in explaining the entire insurance and claim process. What could have felt overwhelming and confusing became manageable because of her guidance and kindness. I even had the opportunity to talk to her dad who is the manager and I could see where her patience and compassion came from. You can truly tell this business is run by people who care deeply about helping others, not just doing a job. In a situation I never wanted to experience, I am beyond grateful that I had Brougham Motors helping me through it. Their honesty, communication, and genuine compassion made such a difficult time so much easier. Thank you to Meredith and everyone at Brougham Motors for treating people with such care and respect. I will always recommend them”

“I just got my car back from Mathieu’s Auto Body after someone backed into me in a parking lot. I filed the claim with my insurance and called Brian shortly after. Brian was transparent, informative and took the stress right off my hands by dealing directly with my insurance company, which was a huge relief. I got my car back like it was never damaged & it was vacuumed/cleaned. I will tell EVERYONE about Mathieu’s and how amazing Brian is! If you need work done, this is absolutely the place to go!”

“I cannot say enough good things about County Street Collision in Fall River. After being rear ended by a work vehicle, I brought my car to Mike, Derek, and Tyler and I am so glad I did. They handled everything seamlessly, including working directly with insurance, which made the entire process feel stress free. Communication was excellent from start to finish and I always knew exactly what was going on. The quality of their work is outstanding and their attention to detail is impeccable. My car looks absolutely brand new and I only wish I had before pictures to show how incredible the transformation is. I live about 30 minutes away but I will gladly continue to go out of my way to come here because I trust their work that much. As a bonus, there was the cutest little puppy in the office to pet on my way out which made the experience even better. If you need any auto body work, do not hesitate to go to County Street Collision. The service and quality are hands down the best around and you will not be disappointed. I am adding photos of the finished work because it truly looks brand new.”
