I was in from California with damage on my rental car, heading back to CT after visiting cousins and backing up into a tree at St. Patrick’s Cemetery after visiting my parents grave there! Was with a good friend who came with me from my high school reunion! John not only fixed the bumper but got us in right away and was extremely fair on the price. “I am BEYOND happy with the results. A dent from another car door did more damage than expected. A-1 Dents was able to get me in right away. After the work was done the dent was completely gone and looks as if it never happened. The picture shows the detail/measurements in making sure they got the entire issue. I dropped off and picked up same day, very smooth process. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I was referred to Carl Collision because of the recommendation of my family as well as my car dealership service staff who has been impressed by their amazing service in the past. So when I needed service for my car I had scheduled car repairs service with them. I have an amazing experience with all of the Staff there. However Lee Camara who is the front office manager was the 1:1 contact person for me. Lee has been an outstanding customer service skilled staff who know how to communicate with customers going through the stressful times during a car collision. He was there all the way with me to provide a clear vision and support for everything possible on earth to soothe the pain and stress I was going through! He provided not only the best communication skills and support but because of his amazing empathy and emotional connection with the customers he also provided me with the excellent education on the service and repair work that needed to have the car back to its baseline. He was skilled not only with empathy but also definitely with great professional experience and amazingly gifted customer service skills! He arranged enterprise rentals having me a same model of a almost brand new rental car to make me comfortable and familiar with my transitional time driving experience. He took care of everything from paperwork for arrangements for additional appraisal from the insurance company, arranging rental car delivery and keeping me up with regular updates on the progress of the repairs process . Finally he arranged to deliver my car when repairs were completed making sure it was the right time and right place for me to arrange to deliver my car . I strongly recommend them for anyone who is looking for an empathetic and person centered car repair service experience after going through a traumatic experience with the car accident or damage . The work done was superb and the cost was exactly what was given to me as an estimate. On top of everything else, they had my car ready 2 days earlier than expected and, when I picked it up, it had undergone pristine detailing, both inside and out, and looked like they day I drove it home for the first time. My Subaru was in their shop for about a week getting a door replaced. Kind and professional, answered all of my questions, had the work done earlier than I expected, and did such high quality work to my 2014 Ford Mustang that needed repairs after an attempted break in caused roof, window and hood damage.
My insurance company chose them for me, but I’m never going anywhere else now that I’ve experienced their exemplary customer service.
