Meredith was absolutely amazing — patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and so clear in explaining the entire insurance and claim process. What could have felt overwhelming and confusing became manageable because of her guidance and kindness.
I even had the opportunity to talk to her dad who is the manager and I could see where her patience and compassion came from.
