When I called to say the insurance was coming to get it , Matt actually helped me in what all of the next steps I should take .He provided me with invaluable advice. I am grateful because he did not even know me before this day but went above and beyond to help me. He even offered to help talk to my insurance company . I had no idea that I could negotiate the offer and what my rights were. Matt led me through it and even looked up the value of my car during his busiest day. I literally could call him multiple times to ask questions and each time he answered with more knowledge than I could even imagine. Thank you so much Matt. I truly appreciate all you did for me . “Took me in on the spot and correctly diagnosed a noise in my front end as a problem with my wheel bearing. They charged a fair price for the diagnosis and told me I would get full credit for that charge toward the wheel bearing job if I decided to bring it back to them to have it done. I brought it back to them and they did a good job. My only complaint is that after the diagnosis visit I noticed a couple of small scratches on my door. I didn't complain. When I picked up my car after the wheel bearing was replaced I noticed another small scratch. Their work area is very tight and congested so I can see how it would happen. My car is not new so it's not a big deal to me”

When my car broke down in a busy roadway on a freezing cold morning and my insurance company failed to help me with roadside assistance, one call to Rhode Island Towing and about 10 minutes later, my car was being loaded onto a flatbed and towed to a repair center. It took a stressful situation and made it so much easier. These guys are pros! Call them first!”
