“I recently won an auction for a piece of equipment in South Kingstown, RI. Seeing as I am in Arlington, TX, getting the equipment from it's location and back home was going to be a challenge. I called a few places and no-one was very helpful. When I called Post All, the owner, Bill, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed someone to pick up, pack, and ship my new acquisition and Bill performed marvelously. Everything was picked up in a timely manner, packed well, and shipped quickly. I highly recommend using them whether you are in Middletown or across the country in Texas. Thanks again!”

“Nice Post office very convenient ly located with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. There's several small parks in the immediate vicinity also. If you need a PO box, best get your order in asap, as it can't take quite a long time to process through and become available.”
“Very friendly staff. Clean and organized store - easy to find what you need. The service I needed was to drop off packages with prepaid labels and buy a roll of tape to close the box up. They offered to tape my package up at no cost - unlike the post office where you usually have to buy tape! Very kind!”

“They are always pleasant and helpful. This one time I brought in a package and I unknowingly wrote down the zip code wrong, right city, wrong zip. He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. Yes they are very helpful and kind.”
“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”
“Shout out to SHANICE in the UPS shipping/printing department. I was there this week and she was not only super helpful but just down right kind to me. I was under the weather, stressed with a broken printer at home and a deadline to meet. She calmly helped me print out 16 labels. The world be a better place with more Shanice energy in it.”
“Always had first-rate service at this post office. Most of the employees have a sense of humor, which is outstanding for a post office. Stamps envelopes and other mailing materials available. You can even get a PO box here if you get on the waiting list and live in town. Handy chea- there's two drive-through mail boxes a little up the road from this location if you've just got things to mail. Check the photo.”

“Pretty typical staples. Paper ink basic computer and office equipment. The prints hope handles most basic print jobs. There is also a UPS drop-off area, and the staff are pretty accommodating, providing receipts, etc. I've never seen the store overcrowded or had a long wait at the registers. Plenty of parking and reasonable access.”

“I live in Illinois and shipped a package to my cousin at the wrong address and it was delivered. I realized my error 4 days later and called the post office to see what could be done. Kim was amazing! She was able to have the courier retrieve my package from the wrong house and then was able to send it to the correct address for me. She called me 4 or 5 times with updates. “A highly professional business with polite, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I use this location via email for documents I need printed. They're always ready when I arrive, and the cost is negligible for the convenience of service. They also offer many printing copying and general office supplies. You can also obviously ship via FedEx here. I'm sure there are many more services also available. Used for many years and never had a single issue.”
“I needed to send a letter by certified mail. I went there and had to fill out the address and write a check. There was no pen so make sure you bring your own. The 2 writing tops are very small. There was a man behind the counter. He was pleasant and helpful in explaining how it all worked. Okay, the place is small and looks old but this is a micro office.”
“We have been in Jamestown 23 years and have enjoyed every single visit we have had to the local post office. Everyone has been cheerful and helpful, inside the post office and out on their routes. Didn't get a 5 because sometimes people who work there are unsure of themselves and others dont seem to go the extra mile but they still usually have an open mind and don't call you a liar for believing certain packaging or supplying or arrival details a certain way.”
“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”
