“Not to be dramatic or anything but Cellular Medic literally saved my whole life from spiraling into disarray (aka Im a millennial and dropped my phone resulting in a totally damaged display and obliterated screen). I felt like a fish without water or a plant that couldn’t properly photosynthesize my lawd (yes, this is the less dramatic version of events). I had gotten one quote from one other local repair shop for substantially more, a lower quality screen, and I’d have to wait until the next day for parts to come in. Cellular Medic went above and beyond to get what they needed and get my repair taken care of within 1.5 hours of me coming in on my hands and knees. They gave me a beyond reasonable price and performed a high quality service. I am eternally grateful and will recommend them to anyone who falls on low times like myself.”

“I really usually hate coming to this location the people that are usually there just make you not want to be there && only go when I’m tired to don’t feel like traveling further and it’s close by ..but I went there wed night . When Ashley was working . I had to switch my daughters line to another phone after she broke hers. There was only one person when I got there && within minutes the store filled with 5 more & Ashley was the only one there and it was about an hour to til closing . She was so friendly and helpful to every single customer . She really went above and beyond and made my whole experience great , since I wasn’t happy mt daughter broke her phone to begin with . Thanks again Ashley. Would come here if there were more friendly staff like her.”

“My phone's screen was broken so I took it to get repaired. They didn't have mine right away but they told me the price and that it would take 3 days to get therer and it did! Got my phone fixed in about an 1 hour. My phone was low on battery so when I came to pick it up they were charging my phone. Also since I had already pre-ordered my glass screen protector I had it with me and they gladly helped me put it on. Best customer experience ever! Thank you so much!”
“You have to be careful what days you go in here. Like most Walmart's you're going to find all the people crowding rushing in to grab up any deals. I've often seen some filling carriages with sneakers. So many that 'I' assumed they were going to be sold on eBay to make a profit. I love it. But not the crowds.”

I bought a phone from a store on bald Hill in Warwick and I wanted to return it back, but the Rep in the store did not want to help me he just didn’t care. I called costumer care and They lead me to the store in Providence Place Mall. These guys are amazing. You can trust them and you can definitely come here to buy from them rather than going to stores that will not help you when running into a problem in the future. This is the place where you Mobile phone problems will be all solved. Barbara the store Manager is five stars she is absolutely amazing, thank you Barbara for your help.”
