“In the summer of 2026, a random criminal vandalized my car. I decided to consult Ken Rocha Collision LLC and see what they could do about it.
I have to admit... I am more than impressed by Ken Rocha's results. Everything detailed, everything perfected.
There was a big delay due to part orders, and since I have experience working in the tech repair industry, I already knew that this is something commonplace.
But the customer service and kindness provided by Ken Rocha was phenomenal, and I was accomodated with everything I needed from start to finish, without any inconvenience.
The vandalism thing was a strange incident for me to have deal with, and I appreciate Ken Rocha Collision LLC for actually listening to me, and handling my concerns gracefully... 100 percent.

“I cannot say enough positive things about this shop. I took my Maserati Grecale in to have them look at an alignment issue on the driver‘s door that the dealer refused to touch. I met with Theo after cold calling the shop this afternoon asking what I needed to do to get an estimate, and he dropped everything to accommodate me when I showed up. The door was realigned in a very short amount of time and they had me back on my way within the hour.
The shop was clean, there were a lot of exotic cars there and the other staff were friendly and accommodating as well. I also have an Aston Martin and have had several other exotics in the past, with my family having a 40+ year ownership history with Aston Martin, BMW, Porsche and Ferrari. Thus far, our experience with many shops in the Boston area has been questionable at best. I’m so thankful I found these guys. Without hesitation, I would trust them with any of my cars. Anytime I need work in the future, I will absolutely make the drive or pay for a tow from from Boston to ensure my cars go to Dean.
Please give these guys your business. They are a family owned shop run by good people (not a dealer or a PE firm) who care about the quality of their work and their customer service.
