“Easier to go in and rent than do it online. Much less confusing. Online does they didn't have the$19.95 trucks, but then I show up and there were literally dozens of them sitting there. But really nice, quick asks easy process once you're then. In and out.”
“Art was great and works efficiently. The gentleman that brought the van to me was polite and answered questions that I had. It was an overall great experience. Thanks so much”
“Overall a great moving experience. As an out of state college student moving my things by myself for the first time, I was initially a little nervous, but the staff at this location was helpful and gracious. Dropping off my cargo was straightforward and efficient, and a mover coming back from a job generously helped me move everything inside, insisting on helping me even though he didn't have to. The manager even leant me a phone charger while I moved my cargo so I could call my uber and get home safe. Everyone I talked to was kind and courteous and truly went above and beyond; the staff at this location are a true testament to what quality customer service should look like.”
“Staff were very accommodating. I had an unplanned opportunity to pick up a large piece of furniture for a crazy discount, but only if I could pick it up within 2 hours. I had rented from Mount Pleasant Hardware before with a great experience, so I didn't even bother going through online Uhaul. I walked in, asked about available vehicles, and drove off with the vehicle in less than 10 minutes. Returning was just as easy. I highly recommend Mount Pleasant Hardware for Uhaul rentals!”
“Mike was most hospitable. Moving is tremendously stressful but Mike was so helpful. Importantly I was moving from a rental and purchasing and doing a gut reno. I finished ahead of time and went over to get my stuff. I also got an emailed bill that day. I asked Mike if I needed to pay it and he said if I am leaving today no. 100% I would have paid that and thought nothing of it. I appreciated his honesty. So many businesses are trying to make an extra buck when they can.”
