“This was my second time coming to this storage facility for its services. Unfortunately it was under very sad circumstances however, Felix was fantastic! He was extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. He tended to all our needs and answered all our questions. I really appreciate the staff!!! Thanks again Felix.”

“My second time renting from them within a 2 year span. Always competitive prices and professional, friendly staff. One problem this time however, not a single cart ANYWHERE. It was freezing 2 days after Xmas and my 3 helpers looked everywhere albeit QUICKLY! Not one. Renters need to be encouraged to bring them BACK downstairs or staff via their elaborate camera system ought to assist in retrieving them. Biggg inconvenience for us with a 3rd floor unit and 55+ bones but we got it done. Hopefully when I come remove a few things shortly, there will be carts available. Otherwise? Clean, safe place. Edit: So, as we all know, David is fantastic. I returned to remove items from storage and he remembered me and was apologetic about the carts. He also held onto my I.D. that I mindlessly left behind on the initial visit. There were carts today and new company signs and I was more than satisfied with his apology, explanation ( customers keep the carts upstairs) and his professionalism. Just an all around fantastic rep for Prime Storage. I’ll be back and it’s the only location I honestly recommend.”

“5 Stars! I am amazed at all the low ratings. It is a shame when people do not comment on their rating, because you never know their true reason. My company has used Mobile storage for years now for our temporary storage needs. They have been nothing but amazing! I started with my company last year and when I spoke with Tracy for the first time she was not only helpful with my storage needs, but with other tips for my new role. Ryan was super helpful also, even took time out of his vacation to give me a call. I have had the experience of working with a few storage companies, and the service you will get from Mobile Storage is hands down the best!”

“With six days notice they were able to set us up for a Mass to RI move. Day before the the move they call to confirm that I still want to move even with the nor'easter storm rolling in. We both confirmed. The movers arrived on time and ready to work. These two power-houses climbed out of the truck and got to work. Pouring rain and high winds, nothing was stopping these two. The entire house loaded into the truck in about 3 hours time. 50 minute ride turned into 70 minutes due to the weather conditions. Once to the new house I had to force them to eat lunch with us. Then they emptied the truck, carried everything to the proper rooms, even helped clean up and take away the trash such as plastic wraps. I couldn't recommend All My Sons Moving anymore, 5 stars all the way. One of the guys manhandled and carried a large safe by himself. (It took two guys to deliver this safe one year earlier) Bad news for them is I bought this house with intent to stay here forever, good news for them is I'll recommend them to everyone I know who's looking for movers.”

“I had a very difficult move. I had to leave all my belongings in storage because I moved to LA. My life has been in storage for the last four years. It's been at Jones Moving and Storage. I flew back to empty my storage. First, they were amazing while my items were in storage. A few times I had to switch credit cards. They were very understanding. Today went so smoothly I'm in shock and awe. Andy did my paperwork. James, Marcus and Derrick emptied my storage space helping me separate what I was taking and what I was leaving behind to be donated. They all were incredibly nice, polite and truly helped me end a very difficult chapter of my life. They had me laughing and smiling when I thought I would be crying. They do not know how much I needed their kindness. Thank you so much!”

“I previously gave her a review for this place and it was a bad review, but this time around the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful I just wish their unit size were a little more accurate and less expensive. I mean 150 bucks a month for 5x10 is not really a good deal other than that place seems clean and as I said staff was very helpful this time around”
