“Rhode Island Truck Center was great to deal with during our purchase of a Freightliner M2 Dump truck. This was thefirst large truck for Design Outside, LLC and my salesmen Ben Viti was very knowledgeable about the truck. It was really a zero-pressure sales process and I appreciated that. The entire team at RITC was easy to deal with from first contact when I walked into their office, through price negotiations , finance options and final sale.
They took care of the registration and communication with my insurance company and even delivered the truck to my yard to save me the time of picking it up. The truck arrived fully detailed and Ben showed our driver and I all of the systems on the truck.
Communication through the entire process was top notch. I would Highly recommend Rhode Island Truck Center to anyone looking to purchase a heavy duty truck.”

Everyone there was genuinely friendly, honest, and straightforward from the start. “If i could give 10 stars, i would. Anne Marie and the entire team at Warwick Auto Body are now like family. We had relatively significant damage to the body of our nearly new SUV and from the moment of first contact i knew this was the right shop to have it fixed. Anne Marie talked me through the process, provided solid estimate of time to have repairs completed, arranged for a rental vehicle, and dealt with my insurance company at all phases. Other than the initial call to report the incident to my agent, i didn't have to do anything else. Additionally, as repairs were underway, Warwick Auto Body would send emails showing the phases of work being done - from disassembly, to parts arrival, to painting, and final reassembly. It felt like i was in the office watching the team perform the work. And best of all, they completed a full and fantastic interior/exterior detailing of my SUV for pickup. Honestly, it was like a brand new car again. Despite having several other auto body operations much closer to me, I am glad i chose Warwick Auto Body. “I was in my first car accident and was nervous about finding a body shop for repairs. I love my car and really wanted to get it back to its pre accident condition asap. D&H collision was amazing to work with. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and even provided me with a company rental when I did not have rental coverage on my policy. The owner Dave was so kind and has great communication skills! He kept me in the loop on my repairs and my car came back looking better than before my accident! I feel like I have a brand new car! The rental car process was smooth and my rental was nearly the same as my current car. My car returned to me in excellent condition and had even been interior detailed. They were also kind enough to give me a sample of exterior paint to use for future scratches. I live an hour away and would go out of my way again to do my business here.”

“I picked up my car today from Xtreme Autobody and was incredibly impressed by the work they did. Had a small but deep scratch on one of the doors on my 2025 Nissan. It’s a weird color so I was curious about how good it was going to match as the whole door had to be painted over. When I saw it I couldn’t believe what a perfect match it was. the door is flawless and looks brand new! The shop was very clean and the guys there were all very friendly and great to work with. I worked directly with the owner (Brian) who was great. Originally gave me a quote thinking more work would need to be done. When he called me today to tell me it was ready he said he didn’t have to do as much as he anticipated and charged me less. That type of honestly is rare and truly impressed me. Thanks again! “In the summer of 2026, a random criminal vandalized my car. I decided to consult Ken Rocha Collision LLC and see what they could do about it.
I have to admit... I am more than impressed by Ken Rocha's results. Everything detailed, everything perfected.
There was a big delay due to part orders, and since I have experience working in the tech repair industry, I already knew that this is something commonplace.
But the customer service and kindness provided by Ken Rocha was phenomenal, and I was accomodated with everything I needed from start to finish, without any inconvenience.
The vandalism thing was a strange incident for me to have deal with, and I appreciate Ken Rocha Collision LLC for actually listening to me, and handling my concerns gracefully... 100 percent.

“I bought a car at a reasonable price, but within the first two days of driving the check engine light came on. I drive a lot so i thought the warranty would have expired and they wouldn’t help. But i cannot stress this enough, they fixed the issue with ZERO issue. It was a difficult issue to diagnose/fix so there were multiple visits. But on each return, again zero issue, they fixed it. Now the car runs amazing. Great mechanics and the owner specifically told me, after asking about my worries about the warranty, “Of course we’ll fix it. We want you coming back to buy another car.” And trust, I will buy my next car here. Great, honest staff working there”

Jim’s rims had authorization to get my wheels done from AAA insurance via third party insurance. The insurance company then changed theirs minds and had another wheel company pick them up the wheels and get the work done from them . Of course ethnically this was absolutely “Wrong” .
Even though it was not Jim’s Rims responsibility to help , as these wonderful gents are ;they helped the process and kindly put my wheels 🛞 back on ! They kept in touch and still gave great service “ Even though they did not get paid a cent “ .
Jim’s Rim … Chase and Eric are people that give great service and good guys .. ! Give me hope that you can still trust places !

“Had an Issue With closing my hood. Key the very kind Lady at the front desk was able to take me in right away and get my hood fixed so I was able to get home safely. She was super nice and helped me through the process and kept me up to date with what the mechanics were doing. The labor was $185 which in my opinion a bit much but they took me in right away and I was back on the road within an hour. Definitely recommend if you want quick service.”
“I just had my RAV4 repaired at this facility and I have to tell you at first I was a little nervous because I’ve never really had to do anything like this before as far as dealing with the other insurance company and repairs and rental and they took care of everything. They were kind, courteous professional I would highly recommend them. They did a fabulous job. Lisa pretty much took care of me at the front and she really ease my mind a lot and the gentleman who fixed my car oh my God it looks amazing and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. “I had a fuel pump replaced in march at Barrette Fab during some frame work and it recently developed an issue when starting. Ricky checked it and determined it was failing. So since he warranties his work he replaced it. The replacement failed so he replaced it again . All this work was done in just two day. You'd be hard pressed to find someone who takes that much pride in his warranty work and getting the job done so the customer is happy.”
