“If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position where you’re shopping for a reliable and professional place that will do a quality collision repair, at least you can rest knowing that you need not look any further. I took my Acura RDX here after it had received some pretty significant front end damage to the point where it was barely driveable. Peter arranged for it to be towed the same day and reassured that all I would pay at the end is my deductible. At first I was dumbfounded and skeptical, but I’m so glad I can look back and say that it was completely unnecessary to feel that way. It ended up being that simple and they did a great job on my vehicle and returned it to me in polished condition. This place is exactly what they advertise and more!”

Someone hit my car, and they jumped through so many hoops because of the insurance company lagging behind. “I become the owner of a heavily used car that needed some TLC and over the past few years of going here they have been nothing but kind and thoughtful when handling what can be at times a stressful situation when your vehicle isn’t doing what it needs to do. They have always handled the job perfectly and they stand behind their work to make sure everything is safe for me to drive. Communication and honesty and letting me know how to prioritize repairs to fit in my budget is a big help for me. I couldn’t recommend them more. “Both my Cousin and Myself had scratched up bumpers and we decided to stop by this amazing auto body shop on Cranston and we’re both grateful for the amazing service, we both made an appointment and in short time these guys were ready to work, the wonderful manager Yeky was also amazing and very informative to all the details of what was being done to our vehicles, later on we come to find our cars beautiful and clean like new after well you see the picture my cousin and myself enjoyed cruising throughout Rhode Island stop by a gas station for some treats and got their crew a lil something as a thank you! Definitely know who to call after an emergency”

“J Poulos is a trustworthy and reliable shop. They're the first people I go to when my car is acting up, and my parents use them as well.
The owner (Bruce) is a total king who goes out of his way to treat his customers well. He has repeatedly offered me discounts and freebees for no apparent reason outside of just being a decent guy. The J Poulos staff is also helpful and friendly. They obviously understand mechanics, but they're also knowledgeable about the ins and outs of auto retail, warranties, etc. When I was having trouble with my used car dealer, Bruce explained RI's lemon laws to me, personally spoke to the salesman on my behalf, and when all else failed, he offered me a free repair.
Car repairs are miserable no matter what, but these folks do their best to make it as quick and painless as possible.”

“Honda CRV’s ac was blowing warm on driver’s side and cold on passenger side. Took to J&S on Pontiac last year and they installed a new blend door. Car still blew warm. They then told me it needed a total repair and quoted 4K! I said no way and drove it as is for the rest of the summer. A friend recommended Park Ave Auto so I decided to get a second opinion from them. Chris was honest and straightforward and said he would have his technician do an assessment.Long story short, they replaced the expansion valve for $588 and the ac is working like brand new! Can’t recommend them enough! Excellent customer service and they were wonderful communicating all through the process.”

“Don't miss out on this repair shop, nestled in a quiet area, conveniently located near the airport in Warwick! My car was backed into, in a parking lot, and needed a repair.. Additionally, I requested repair to my passenger side mirror from a previous road whack. Mike and his crew were very professional and did an amazing job with both repairs. Because the repair was done around a holiday and parts needed to be ordered, I had the use of a rental car. The spicy orange Bronco was a fun ride. Above and beyond the repair, some scratches were buffed out around the door handles, the carpet vacuumed and mats cleaned. Really above and beyond! Thanks Affordable Auto Body! I am so happy with the work you did on my car.”

I was under the impression that my rear brakes had been checked by two other local businesses, but they clearly weren’t and had to be replaced immediately. I called Eddy and he had my car up on the lift the following morning. His quote was also significantly lower than two other places I checked into for the repair. Safe to say I will only be bringing my cars to him and his team from now on. I can’t thank them enough for how quickly they got this done.”

“Tonight my son stopped into this establishment and needed assistance with a phone call and directions. You see, he's trying to get home for dinner with his family from the naval base in Newport. Unfortunately because of the bridge closure it has taken far longer than either of us anticipated. It's currently 6 p.m. and he's still not home, he left Newport at 230! I just wanted to say thank you to the person who is working for allowing my son to use the phone, charge his, and giving him directions. It means more than you know.”
