“Jacob was a delight. I walked in with a screenshot of an old mattress I had purchased over a year ago that is no longer available. Told him I was trying to find something similar and he confidently showed me the new version and explained what was different, he was very friendly and I was not at all uncomfortable or pressured by any of it. “I thought this was going to be a very arduous porocess to get a permanent gazeebo for our backyard. Gazeebo Joe's was able to get this done faster than I ever thought. They were helpfull in making sure I had thought of all the things that I would encounter along the way and made sure that they were not a problem. The price was better than any that I found. I was told it would be a month for delivery and they delivered early. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.”

But did not the right color or size we needed. So we decided to order one with the correct color and size, but still had concerns on the color. Silva or sales person called the company and had them send a sample/swatch of the color. That made us feel better about our on seen order.”

After I received the piece, I noticed a minor defect, and they took the table back to fix it, no problem. “What a great experience overall! There's nothing worse than a sales person attacking you the minute you walk into the store. But here, I was allowed a good 10-15min browsing time. When they did come over, floor staff was knowledgeable and attentive. I LOVED that they sell solid wood frame couches (which have proven hard to find recently). Couches were delivered with ease to our second floor apartment! I will definitely be visiting frugal furniture for future furniture upgrades!”

The prices on our furniture set were similar to prices online, and our preference was to shop local. The staff were great, the showroom is excellent, and we are incredibly happy with the results. “I just had a 1998 blue plaid Broyhill sofa (Fontana) reupholstered in a high performance cream fabric by Ron and Scott. They did a fabulous job! The piping on the seats and rolled arms along with the box skirt was right on! I highly recommend them. They even picked up and dropped off.”
“Great place. They have a ton of stuff that is reasonably priced and offer delivery. We were shopping for a dresser and we ended up getting a real wooden dresser, coffee table, end table, and display dresser for the price we would have spent on Wayfair for some plywood junk that would have lasted a few years at best. Nice people as well.”

“I hate to shop for things like mattresses! Having said that, when I walked into Mattress Firm, I was met by Abraham and another sales person ( I'm sorry, I don't remember his name, but he was quite nice.) I tried several different mattresses and found one that seems to be the right fit. Abraham was very good at explaining the differences between mattresses and made this "chore" into a pleasant experience. Well done all!”
