“Mike was most hospitable. Moving is tremendously stressful but Mike was so helpful. Importantly I was moving from a rental and purchasing and doing a gut reno. I finished ahead of time and went over to get my stuff. I also got an emailed bill that day. I asked Mike if I needed to pay it and he said if I am leaving today no. 100% I would have paid that and thought nothing of it. I appreciated his honesty. So many businesses are trying to make an extra buck when they can.”
“Very customer first. Everyone I had to talk to was friendly, courteous, and understanding. If you ask me all rental places are basically tge same it's good to see how they separate themselves from the rest.”
“I’ve been renting from Ryder in Warwick frequently over the past several years and I’m always pleased with the service and quality of vehicles they provide. Truck is always ready to go when I arrive and checking in is always pleasant and quick. The staff there is very professional and courteous.”
“Only returned the uhaul truck so it was pretty straight forward since I checked out and did everything from the website but there was a uhaul guy there to take the car after I checked out online. Looks like they had a lot of trucks in their inventory.”

The Manager Authur will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. He has a great staff/crew George is also very helpful and been with the company for many years. I Give 5 star because I have never had any problems at the oxford providence location .

“Moving experience went well. But my mom didn't return though for another couple hours after returning the truck. She is fine though. But who the hell is Bobby? She was raving about him to one of her proustite friends.”
“5 for the staff. It wasn't always this way at this location. They shaped up their customer service. 3 maybe 2 for the Uhaul equipment. I'm driving a truck cross-country with poor to awful suspension, no cruise control, Bluetooth that only works with iPhone, and no power windows (so if you want fresh air you have to get blasted in the face because you can't reach the passenger door). First world problems? Ok but it's 2025 and this is a new truck. That stuff is baseline. Rent Uhaul for a local move, ok, but shop elsewhere for a 5-day drive. Beware Uhaul's price volatility too, blink and it changes.”
“Overall a great moving experience. As an out of state college student moving my things by myself for the first time, I was initially a little nervous, but the staff at this location was helpful and gracious. Dropping off my cargo was straightforward and efficient, and a mover coming back from a job generously helped me move everything inside, insisting on helping me even though he didn't have to. The manager even leant me a phone charger while I moved my cargo so I could call my uber and get home safe. Everyone I talked to was kind and courteous and truly went above and beyond; the staff at this location are a true testament to what quality customer service should look like.”
“Can’t say anything negative about my experience at this uhaul rental spot, we were in such a bind looking for a cargo van and literally only had 12 hours before making a 300 mile trip, the owner at this facility assured me don’t you worry I will have a cargo van at 4 pm for you, true to his word I got a phone call come pick up your van, literally brand new clean only 16,000 miles on it, waiting for me, made our whole trip as easy as could be, don’t go to any other uhaul facility without coming by here first. The whole experience was less than 15 minutes and your ready to go. Now that is awesome”

“Dropping off our vehicle was smooth, despite only one staff member being visible on site. He was behind on checking in vehicles but asked if we were okay with receiving a digital receipt later. We appreciated not having to wait to drop off the vehicle, and the digital receipt arrived about an hour later with no issues. Overall, a convenient and hassle-free experience.”
