I had trouble with my reservation online and went in for support and Felipe was supportive alongside his manager in getting me out of there with the truck and equipment I needed. They have reasonable prices and aren't so restrictive with hours rented as many other uhaul places are. I will continue to be a customer of this location if I need to rent a big truck for any reason. “Can’t say anything negative about my experience at this uhaul rental spot, we were in such a bind looking for a cargo van and literally only had 12 hours before making a 300 mile trip, the owner at this facility assured me don’t you worry I will have a cargo van at 4 pm for you, true to his word I got a phone call come pick up your van, literally brand new clean only 16,000 miles on it, waiting for me, made our whole trip as easy as could be, don’t go to any other uhaul facility without coming by here first. The whole experience was less than 15 minutes and your ready to go. Now that is awesome”

“This Neighborhood U-Haul Has an large sized yard outside that stores Car's / Boat's / motorcycles and the inside provides larger units That are heated for the off Season months' This Neighborhood U-Haul Also Dresses it's building up with Colorfull advertisement banners to Remind persons of thier Monthly Specials.”

“I can only comment on the propane refill service as, that is all I used.I drove into the parking lot and easily found the propane service area. I went inside to let the staff know I was there and paid for my refill.Within minutes a female staff member was at the propane tank quickly filling up my tank.I would say overall it took about ten minutes - I would come here for propane again. Price was slightly cheaper than my usual place.”

“As a first-time U-Haul customer, I had a very smooth experience renting a van for several hours from this location.I understand how things can go wrong when renting a transportation vehicle - accidental damage like dents and scratches can happen and that may produce additional cost, hence frustration.That's why I did my best to preserve the vehicle in the shape I got it. “I want to reach out to U-Haul in Attleboro, especially the gentleman behind the counter today when my daughter and I went in seeking assistance, Carlos.I was having trouble with a hitch on my car that wasn't fitting a trailer that I was moving. My daughter and I went to this U-Haul in Attleboro, and Carlos could not have been more helpful and patient. We had to come back a second time due to difficulties we were having changing the hitch and Carlos offered help and guidance and was not upset that we had to return a product literally purchased just 20 minutes before in exchange for another piece, thanks for the help Carlos it was really appreciated during a frustrating day in these difficult times.”
