“Super friendly staff and very generous. I was doing a food drive today and they offered free chips and water to go along with the sandwiches I got. Thank you Charles 5&10c!”
“First time shopping here (I'm from out of state). Really nice store. Very clean and neet with a lot of specialty items. A little pricey but that's to be expected.”
“First off. Food is always great and so is the service but
what's going on with this new Card Fee at the counter? if you order online you have the choice to either pay with cash at counter or pay with card at counter upon pick up. despite which one you select the price does not change. I've been going here for lunch for years now and all of a sudden my Italian sandwich was just about 16$. 16$ for a sandwich is wild. The woman behind the counter said it was more money to pay with a credit card? If so that's new and should be adjusted on your website when you make the selection of payment.”
“I was having a major craving for peanut butter, I had to get some no if and / or buts about it . I went in and found some, the price wasn't crazy like most convenience stores are . The person who rang me out was very nice and I went home a happy woman. Craving satisfied ? .”
“Great little souvenir shop in Newport! They have a little bit of everything. The sea glass jewelry is beautiful! I ended up getting little bracelets for my sisters and I. Everyone was really nice! Recommend a visit here!”
“Handy location on Thames Street. If you need a snack or drink to go, this is your stop. There's also gas outside, which is pretty tough to find in newport.”

“I will definitely keep coming back. Night shift employee Danielle was very formal. Her attention to details are impressive and her customer service skills were excellent. She is the definition of what I call southern hospitality, they hired a very beautiful & clean woman. I will say, this store never looked this immaculate throughout the day, so awesome job Danielle.”

“The store is always clean and well stocked.i would like to make a special call out to the young lady who rang up my purchase her name was Sabrina every time I go in there she is working she is very pleasant, outgoing, from the time you walk in to the store if she has people at the register to ring up Sabrina will always be sure to greet you till the time you leave she will always be sure to say have yourself a great day. The retail world needs more workers like her I did forget to mention that she always has a smile on her face. The management and owner of that 7Eleven are lucky to have an employee like this.”

“I couldn’t really put into words how good Bob l is…. This guy has never been a cashier he’s more of a concierge. He’s always going way above and beyond what’s expected… personality 10 out of 10 and always pointing me in the direction of the best deal… don’t use the microwave I’ll put it in the oven……… protect this guy at all costs… he treats Cumberland farms customers as if he owned the place……… I wish I could give 10 stars”

“It's the only gas station on the island, so get it while you can or you have to wait 'til you get to the mainland. They renovated this place a few years back; it's nice. Cheap ice coffee and good selection of drinks and snacks. Like I tell everyone about all Cumberland Farms, try a hot pretzel, they're super good!”
“Walgreen rocks!!! They consistently act like a local, neighborhood business, but with clout of a national firm, which they are. Pricing, service and pharmacy are
outstanding.

“I am only giving this location a five star review because of the cashier cynthia. She is a great employee and is always pleasant and kind to customers. Have seen her go above and beyond in order to convenience customers. The store itself is clean. Other employees are not as friendly”

“This gas station is more than a gas station, its small town hall almost filled with regulars and the kind humans that work there. Joan, Ruth and Cornelius are the backbone of the place.
While Cumberland has the worst app known to mankind, the people that work there make up for it.
They are kind, have patience and a smile for the rushed, undercaffinated and the weary and annoyed (which I can be sometime).
They go above and beyond, every single time I was in there in the summer.
Cornelius has eleven kids and a fresh grandchild, his smile lights up the store on his Thursday through Sunday third shifts. Always a hello, big smile and a high five - he goes above and beyond as a human.
He is a beautiful human that anyone would and should have working for them. He makes customers feel special in a way that you drive out of your way to go there.
Even though the app sucks worse than taxes, whoever is doing the hiring knows how to do it, as that store is packed with smiling and helpful humans, they are better than most of the people working at the fancy hotels and yacht clubs up the hill, and should probably be running those places.
Worth the stop. Every time. And buy the Middletown cops a coffee just because they’re cool, nice and everything a cop should be.”

“Nice convenience store. Plenty of gas pumps, and easy in and out. Nice and clean on the inside, with plenty of space to move about. Prices a little higher than Cumbys, but they have big and double gulps.”
“People who work there are helpful friendly and polite. I'm in & out and that's the point of convenience stores right? So touche' - keep up great work. And your night time guys are great Jim & Skip go out of their way to make sure your taken care of promptly and accurately.”
