“I had an experience at this Home Depot today where a worker by the name of Frank went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to purchase a mirror that I had been looking for. We initially could not find the mirror, but Frank continued looking after I had exited the store and actually walked out toward the parking lot to let me know that he had found it.
