“Can’t say enough good things about Vinny who does screen replacement. Had a ripped screen that I needed before Sunday. First I went to Rocky’s Ace in Greenville and was told 2 weeks. Vinny took my screen door in right away and re-screened it while I did a quick errand. Even though Rocky’s is closer to my home, leeway is my Ace now! Fantastic!”

She walked me through the different key types and styles, and then created the keys for me, making sure they were well brushed so they didn't have any metal pieces hanging around and were clean and ready to use. Everything was quick and straightforward with checkout as well.”

“Suzanne's (garden center) behavior was completely unacceptable and was, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Our group was working with dogs, and instead of approaching the situation professionally, Suzanne immediately became rude, confrontational, and disrespectful. She spoke to us as if we were causing problems when we weren't. There was absolutely no reason for the hostility or the way she chose to address us.

What makes this even worse is that management told her explicitly that we were allowed to be there. That says everything. This wasn't about enforcing store policy—it was about someone on a power trip who chose to be unnecessarily nasty and disrespectful.

There is a professional way to speak to people, even if there are questions or concerns. Suzanne failed at the most basic level of customer service. She embarrassed herself and reflected poorly on Lowe's. If management values its customers and community relationships, they need to ensure employees understand that being rude, demeaning, and hostile is never acceptable.

I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with the treatment we received from Suzanne and I sincerely hope she is reprimanded appropriately for her behavior. Everyone in our group is a regular lowes customer and many of us are Lowe's pros and contractors who do the majority of our company purchases through lowes as well.”
