Now, I want to add that this particular CVS store has one of the best employees ever. She's very kind, without mistaking that for anything else. She's very courteous, always serving me very well without looking at who she's talking to. And well, aside from that, I've started using the coupons the CVS app offers me, so I can't ask for more from this store. Thanks, CVS!
I also drop off my UPS packages at this CVS, and once again, the girl who always helps me is very patient with me, takes her time scanning my packages, and always helps me if I have any questions. In short, she's the reason I'm leaving this review today.”
“I'm not a big fan of pharmacies, but this one does it right.Even though they're in a busy hospital, their service is much more personal than at the big corporate pharmacies. They're quick but polite, and they take the time to go over the drugs with you. That should be the way it is at every pharmacy, but unfortunately, it's a rarity these days.”

“My wife and I went the Walmart Super store in Woonsocket, R.I. to get a PUR water filter. The greeter was able to direct us to the right section on the store, where we were able to find the filter. The greater was very personable. She was singing the music in The Wizard of Oz that goes along with Miss Gulch to a customer I believe she knew. I had a little fun singing rather quickly Somewhere Over the Rainbow. It made for a really fun and warm interaction. ⭐?”

“This Walgreens is located on Atwells Ave. in Federal Hill with a parking lot. There are some spots reserved for 30 minute parking. Like other Walgreens, there is a photo and a pharmacy section. I've been here a few times to pick up my photos. The photo counter has a button to call for service if there is no staff there. Usually within a few minutes, a staff member appears. The store is clean and organized. Does the exterior of Walgreens look familiar to you? This Walgreens was selected for the exterior shots of the store in Disney's "Hocus Pocus 2."”

“I cannot thank Heather in the pharmacy enough. My 2yr old has been sick and I called the on call today, waited a little while then called the pharmacy to see if he had called it in yet. (I know most just push a button on their laptops and send it) So, she said she would keep an eye out. Shortly after she called me to let me know she just received the voicemail and is getting it ready now so I could get there before closing. Just that little follow through to a stressed out mom was so much appreciated!”

It was $90 and the pharmacy tech (I wish I got her name) looked through two systems to get a coupon to get my script down to $30. She will never realize the difference that made for my whole week, I can now buy groceries. I told her that made my whole day and it really did.”

I've always had a seamless transition when it came to a new prescription or if I had to transfer a prescription in. The GoodRx program for my area when I search pricing this particular pharmacy always comes up as having the competitive prices. They offer text messaging for updates as well and it's located inside the Shaw's market so you can also do some shopping while you wait.”

“I was supposed to write this review days ago but became caught up due to the holidays, however, Dereck Gonzalez’s customer service to my mother and I was so exceptional I couldn’t forget it! I went late at night to print out a picture of My Abuela that passed away but my mom and I had no clue as to what we were doing. Dereck took notice and was very eager to help us. He was extremely energetic and overall made our extremely difficult ride to find the Walgreens location worth the hassle. His customer service skills are phenomenal and when we left, we couldn’t stop talking about how awesome he was. He was so polite, knowledgeable, extremely charismatic and just an all around great person. He provided us the type of customer service that I’m sure all customers hope to receive when they shop, but seldom experience it. I can’t recommend him enough, so Walgreens if you read this, give him a raise because he deserves it! I know exactly who I’m looking for the next time I go back and need help with anything.
