“I recently mailed something from this location and misplaced my tracking number. I called, and Carmen saved the day. She was busy and asked if she could call me back. I was prepared to call her back later in the afternoon, but she called me 10 minutes later and gave me my tracking number, and my package is out for delivery. Carmen renewed my faith in customer service.”
“I have used staples for a few years now to print promotional and shipping insert cards. They have always been easy to work with, polite, patient, efficient and knowledgeable about their product. They have always been very quick, (sometimes within half an hour!) And send notification when it's ready for pickup. The quality has always been excellent, and having worked in printing for many years, I appreciate that!”

“The clerk whose name was Cordell should be recognized for service that went above and beyond what anyone would expect from a service clerk. Although I didn't have all that we necessary information to complete my transaction, he wrote the instructions down and guided me through the process to assist me in gathering the items I would need to complete the transaction. “Nice Post office very convenient ly located with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. There's several small parks in the immediate vicinity also. If you need a PO box, best get your order in asap, as it can't take quite a long time to process through and become available.”

“Always had first-rate service at this post office. Most of the employees have a sense of humor, which is outstanding for a post office. Stamps envelopes and other mailing materials available. You can even get a PO box here if you get on the waiting list and live in town. Handy chea- there's two drive-through mail boxes a little up the road from this location if you've just got things to mail. Check the photo.”

In my experience, these three men will go that extra step (and with courtesy and a smile) to help you out if you have any problems with your mail carrier and/or delivery. I have no worries should I incur another postal issue with them being stationed at this branch office of the USPS. Thank you all.”
“The staff at this post office are kind. Unlike Dartmouth on Faunce Corner lol. I do wish they had a direct line like other reviewers. It's ridiculous that USPS only puts a general number when our questions are obviously quick and for the local office, i.e. checking that the package is actually there for pickup.”

“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”

He used to service me when he was at the F.R Branch close to Eastern Ave across from the high rise.
After all you don't go to the post office to socialize with the tall Guy.

“I recently won an auction for a piece of equipment in South Kingstown, RI. Seeing as I am in Arlington, TX, getting the equipment from it's location and back home was going to be a challenge. I called a few places and no-one was very helpful. When I called Post All, the owner, Bill, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed someone to pick up, pack, and ship my new acquisition and Bill performed marvelously. Everything was picked up in a timely manner, packed well, and shipped quickly. I highly recommend using them whether you are in Middletown or across the country in Texas. Thanks again!”
