“I just got my Tacoma back from Safeway after some rear end damage. The repairs were done in just 2 days and I had it back before the weekend. All sensors calibrated and everything is straight as can be. They took care of everything from getting me a clean new rental to dealing with the insurance companies. I mean it couldn't have been any easier. I now know why they are so busy. Oh, they washed/cleaned my truck inside and out too. 100+ Stars.”

“My engine cover came off , actually hanging on by one screw and scraping along the road close by Sullivans’.I pulled in a few minutes before closing . Rick the mechanic ,took it off in minutes, it was not salvageable. I was concerned leaving the underside engine exposed . I went back next day to tip Rick. He had found a replacement in the shop . Perfect fit for my Honda. Got it on and he dbl checked my breaks, too. No charge ! He and Casey , ( inside at desk) are perfect gentlemen. I said I would spread the word about their great service!! Good to know a great service shop in Newport !”

“I have a 1986 Mercury Sable that had multiple problems including electrical issues. 8 different problems. These guys solved all the issues I had with my car. Nobody else could figure out how to solve all these issues. When they guickly completed the repairs they delivered my car to my home. Nobody does this kind of service. These are the guys you can depend on to do what ever it takes to get you going. They took the time to source the parts as this was an older car with very low miles. 5 Stars. They have kept my three Jeep Libertys on the road for pennies on the dollar for parts. Has great deals on used tires and rims and always looking to help you out. “My rental car had a nail in the tire. I was lucky to find the only open shop on the island on Sunday, but unfortunately, they were fully booked. However, Mark was really warm-hearted and helped me put on the spare "donut" tire so I could drive to the nearest car rental station. Big kudos to Mark for his great help! Still not a fan of them not finding my appointment and then calling me back to return to the shop when they did, but they did fix the problem with the fuel gauge and for a reasonable price. “We were in town for a wedding in Bristol. After an 8-hour drive from Baltimore, we realized we had a bad chord in one of 4 "used car" tires that were sketchy at best. Dan had us hooked up with 4 new tires of our choosing. We were in at 8 am and picked the car up at 1:30 pm. Had us done hours before the wedding that afternoon! Saw we were in a panic, got us a deal, and did it as quickly as possible. Can't thank Dan enough! Superior service!”
“I went in to the Fall River Firestone to get a standard oil change and possibly some new tires ahead of a 500 mile trip south. The staff there was inviting and understanding. I expected them to take the whole weekend to with the amount of cars that were in their parking lot. However, they finished my vehicle with an oil change, inspection and new tires in the same day. If I am ever up this way again and need maintenance/repairs that I cannot do myself, I will definitely stop at the Fall River location again.”
