“I wanted to leave a review because Chris from Crosswynds really went above and beyond in an environment where you don't see that very often. I ordered a hat and overlooked the delivery portion, which meant I would have needed to pick it up at the store. Chris sent me a message notifying me that their location was a good drive, and that they would be happy to mail it! I received the hat today and it's a great quality product! I wanted to just say thanks to Chris and Crosswynds for getting this over to me so swiftly!”
