“Went to Verizon to inquire about a promotion. Spoke to Lucky, he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When I decided which direction I was going to go, he started to take care of me and in between taking care of several customers that had come into the store. That's what I call "multitasking ".

“I do NOT recommend the William S Canning Blvd Fall River, MA store. I like TMobile despite its issues since acquiring Sprint (slower service lag times, etc). That being said the young woman working tonight Thursday March 31, 2022 was not professional at all. My hubby was getting assistance from a young man at the counter. She asked if I needed help I said no. She went back to playing on her phone. I checked out the Samsung folding phones and played the demo on the iPads. She and another man watched me. I looked for wipes to clean the items but they didn’t have them. Only sprays which I have been told is not good. She then proceeded to walk to the Samsung folding phones and the iPads and bemoan quite loudly how another worker had left the phones and iPads w/fingerprints all over them. Not exactly subtle. I guess I made her get off her a** and do some actual work and it bothered her. She then came back to the counter after I made a comment myself about her lack of subtlety and she then made a remark in Spanish about how stupid I was. Not so ignorant that I didn’t understand your comment Chiquita. Not happy w/the attitude and lack of professionalism. My husband was upset about it as well and wants to switch our family from TMobile now after 10 years, especially when the bosses do not correct such bad behavior.”

“I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer since my first cellphone many many years ago. T-Mobile Tuesdays is a program that thanks T-Mobile customers with free stuff, great deals, and exclusive offers every Tuesday--just for being a T-Mobile customer. This program launched in 2016. Recently the T-Mobile Tuesdays app got updated to the T Life app. The app is free to download. On some Tuesdays, T-Mobile offers free physical items for customers to redeem via the app and pick up in-store. Some of those items are reusable tote, winter blanket, socks in honor of Pride Month, a notebook in honor of Black History Month, Halloween "Trick-or-Treat" bucket, and so much more. This T-Mobile store located on Level 3, near Boscov's, always has the free items in stock and I never had any trouble redeeming it. At times, you may have to wait for a staff member to assist you but the staff are always friendly. Download the T Life app if you have T-Mobile and haven't done so already.”
“I was stuck for 2 hours on 195 East with a flat tire. The tow truck driver dropped me here because it was the closest off the highway. These guys were so nice!! Courteous, professional and fast!! I got a new tire, very reasonably priced, and I was out in 30 minutes!! Thank you Kelvin and Robert for the super service!! Definitely less expensive than the Toyota dealer I bought my other tires at. I will be coming here again..hopefully driving myself.”

“I had a problem where my wifi would intermittently cut for a minute or so and then would come back on... I called for service and was surprised that I was able to talk to a human operator immediately with out going through a long menu of phone options,. The service technician came when scheduled and was very courteous and professional... as it turned about a week later out the problem continued to happen and I called. They sent out the service tech..he was apologetic that it was not fixed the first time and and he replaced every component from the wire from the pole to the modem and wifi booster pods...The problem is now fixed and the speed is very fast. I would never have gotten this service from Cox and I am happy that my monthly rate is set for 3 yrs.”
