“Some people seem to be having issues with their service. I have lived in downtown Bristol for 7+ years now and have used only i3 Broadband (started off as another company) and I haven’t had any issues at all. I have only moved once though. I bought a arris modem/router combo from the previous company and it has worked since. The price has been better than Cox, which is a big plus. Maybe the issues people are having are location/house related?

Update: I moved and started using the i3 Broadband supplied modem/router rather my own since it was getting old. I am getting WAY better internet speed/latency now, but I am seeing the same random internet drops that others are seeing. I have a feeling that it’s the plume router that is causing the issue.”

“The Providence Mall T-Mobile store manager, Barbara and the store staff are the most respectful people that you could find in the T-Mobile stores around Rhode Island. I bought a phone from a store on bald Hill in Warwick and I wanted to return it back, but the Rep in the store did not want to help me he just didn’t care. I called costumer care and They lead me to the store in Providence Place Mall. These guys are amazing. You can trust them and you can definitely come here to buy from them rather than going to stores that will not help you when running into a problem in the future. This is the place where you Mobile phone problems will be all solved. Barbara the store Manager is five stars she is absolutely amazing, thank you Barbara for your help.”

“I do NOT recommend the William S Canning Blvd Fall River, MA store. I like TMobile despite its issues since acquiring Sprint (slower service lag times, etc). That being said the young woman working tonight Thursday March 31, 2022 was not professional at all. My hubby was getting assistance from a young man at the counter. She asked if I needed help I said no. She went back to playing on her phone. I checked out the Samsung folding phones and played the demo on the iPads. She and another man watched me. I looked for wipes to clean the items but they didn’t have them. Only sprays which I have been told is not good. She then proceeded to walk to the Samsung folding phones and the iPads and bemoan quite loudly how another worker had left the phones and iPads w/fingerprints all over them. Not exactly subtle. I guess I made her get off her a** and do some actual work and it bothered her. She then came back to the counter after I made a comment myself about her lack of subtlety and she then made a remark in Spanish about how stupid I was. Not so ignorant that I didn’t understand your comment Chiquita. Not happy w/the attitude and lack of professionalism. My husband was upset about it as well and wants to switch our family from TMobile now after 10 years, especially when the bosses do not correct such bad behavior.”

“Place was clean and the people were nice.we were there to cancel our cable service.The only thing that struck me as odd was that they never questioned why we were canceling.They never asked if there was anything they could do to keep us on.With the amount of streaming services out there and with cable not being cheap you would figure they would ask why we were canceling to try to see if they could keep us on.”
