The people who work there are so nice and really care about getting the glass protector on my screen perfectly. They also never push me to upgrade to a more expensive protector than I want and are great about giving me discounts as a returning customer. Will stay loyal to these guys.”

I went to the store approx 730 pm Brenin made sure I was taken care of and never once made me feel he was in a rush to close up by 8..however he stayed open till 930 to make sure my new phone was properly working..ty u soo much..great service he went beyond and above to accommodate me..excellent service”

“For someone unknown reason, my wife lost her email ability on her Apple 15 phone. No one could seem to fix it. Several people tried, including the Xfinity store in Fall River, who were not very nice about the whole situation.
So today she went back to the Verizon store in Swansea, where she purchased the phone. The sales person that we have worked with over the years, Justin, had it fixed in a couple of minutes.
We give a very high rating to the store and Justin our sales person who has helped us with other issues in the past. He is very knowledgeable and the best!”

“I brought my phone in for water damage and had a bit of a rough start with a screen replacement that started lifting completely off the phone, overheating, and showing white spots after just one day. I brought it back in and the second technician was great he swapped the screen again fast and actually fixed the issue. My phone works perfectly now. Shoutout to the staff for being nice and handling the redo so professionally!”

“I came in on a Friday evening and mneeded assistance changing over my cell phone. I worked with both Khrystyne and Justin. They were both amazing. Khrystyne was patient with me and helped me through whole process and even helped me to keep my current plan which was my ultimate goal. Justin helped me by telling me about the current special they were running and helped me to setup my new tablet. Khrystyne was very helpful she even helped me to bring over my contacts and updated my phone with current IOS.
