“I went into this facility today with my dear friend who needed to switch over cell phone providers. We were met by Terrence and Frankie who helped us out every step of the way. We had a lot of questions and concerns and each one of them were explained in a very patient and thorough manner by these two gentlemen. I felt like nothing was hidden and I was able to understand the process completely. They both went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were covered and searched for the best promotions that would fit our needs. My friend was very timid about the entire process initially , but felt completely at ease After these two gentlemen assisted us with such patience and clarity. Rarely do you find customer service skills at this level anymore. Very pleasantly surprised and would always recommend this location !”

“Good afternoon, I wanted to share that Jacob Dunham out of the Verizon sales office located at 728 Gar Highway in Swansea, MA was the BEST experience we have had. We stopped going to that sales office about 3 years ago due to poor service from 2 gentlemen who are no longer employed there. We were hesitant to go, but are we glad we did. We walked away with 4 new cells, 4 cell cases, 2 magnet wallet attachments, 4 clear glass screen protectors, and honestly, if it weren't already 9:18 p.m. we would've kept purchasing items as Jacob was that attentive. EXCELLENT. There was another rep and the store manager there that were also incredibly helpful. The store manager was about to leave when we walked in and stayed to ensure Jacob was supported and that we were happy. Great job with staffing that stores with professional sales representatives!!! We almost left Verizon (check our account - you'll see), but they turned that around. It was past closing and Jacob didn't flinch and offered to meet my husband back at the store today to finish transferring the data from my cell to the new one! “Marissa and Holly from the 190 Newport AV in Providence RI was very friendly, patience and helpful they helped us fixing a big problem. Someone without any reason cancel our three lines and left us without phone for few hours we just got some text saying our lines were cancel and we have to pay immediately some money. We went to the store and MARISSA AND HOLLY MADE SOME CALLS AND WERE HELPING US FOR OVER 2 HOURS VERY PATIENTLY AND WILLING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM actually after struggling talking to other metro costumer service superiors they did fix the problem and give us back our cellphone lines back with a better plan and they even avoided us to pay some extra feeds we had to pay. We where really thankful that was the best costumer service ever by far we where so happy that we even bought 2 new phones. Thank you so much to metro for having this king of great people helping the costumer great job. God bless you girls!”
