“4/2023 - Chan was awesome......even called me back to figure out a time to see your fantastic facility. WOW. Drive in, easy and secure. AC on hot days Heat on cold days....12/2023 - easy in easy out. Been working on a Winter project over the last 4-6 weeks. Everything is good except the toilet need a little help and soap and a hand dryer would be good. Get rid of the trash can....people are slobs.”

They were each either: inconvenient, had dirty or no access to bathrooms, unprofessional staff, lack of moving carts, broken doors, non-working elevators, or other insufficiencies, and usually a combination of the above.Prime Storage fits all of my needs and expectations. It's not only the best, but also the least expensive. Most of all, Nick is a consummate professional. Thanks Nick!”

“The owner is responsive to phone calls and easy to work with, and it’s affordable. The only downside is that the storage units aren’t completely clean. The floor of the storage units is dusty and the roof is made of wires, so it’s possible for pigeons to sit on top and p*** on your stuff. It doesn’t happen often, but just to be safe, if you want to avoid the pigeons you should choose a storage unit farther away from the doors, and close the doors after you’re done moving your stuff to keep the pigeons out. We had a storage unit extremely close to the doors. After a month of using the storage unit there was a small white stain on one of our items.”

“This place is great. Staff is friendly and the place is always spotless and clean! They are not 24 hours which I am okay with but if that's what you're looking for, this isn't the place for you. They have multiple buildings, all mostly climate control, there is also on-site parking for recreational vehicles as well. We are currently customers and are happy to stay!”

“I can only comment on the propane refill service as, that is all I used.I drove into the parking lot and easily found the propane service area. I went inside to let the staff know I was there and paid for my refill.Within minutes a female staff member was at the propane tank quickly filling up my tank.I would say overall it took about ten minutes - I would come here for propane again. Price was slightly cheaper than my usual place.”

“Kim went above and beyond helping me with getting a storage unit. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable on the process. She answered all my questions and even gave me very specific instructions on how to get to my unit. FYI her instructions were on point! I have rented from other places before and have never been so comfortable and at ease as i am with kim. Keep up the great work and customer service skills. This is a 1000% must go to place for storage needs! Also the facility is immaculate and even my storage locker was very clean.”
