“I utilized their storage for about 3 years. Started off clean and great as it was a new building but has recently started to go downhill as the mice population been increasing in the building. When I cleaned out my unit I noticed many mice droppings in my unit.”

“My first time here at the London, Ky storage facility and office. Neal was the staff member working that day in the office. He's very polite,friendly and was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything I asked and needed to get in an emergency situation. He went above and beyond measure by having me to follow him in my vehicle ask he walked to take me exactly where my storage unit is located. The facility is clean, well lit up at night, security cameras all over, and the whole property including the office is all fenced in with a security code lock gate and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend”

“Easiest process ever. Everything done online with great rates. Office staff were delightful and extremely helpful. I am extremely glad this place exists while my life is temporary falling apart. Very neat. Easy access with personal code. Good size units, secure and temperature controlled well. I have 0 concerns about the safety of my fake 6 foot Rex dinosaur skeleton and my other weird stuff. Extremely quick to sign up online. Ready within a couple hours.”
“The owner is responsive to phone calls and easy to work with, and it’s affordable. The only downside is that the storage units aren’t completely clean. The floor of the storage units is dusty and the roof is made of wires, so it’s possible for pigeons to sit on top and p*** on your stuff. It doesn’t happen often, but just to be safe, if you want to avoid the pigeons you should choose a storage unit farther away from the doors, and close the doors after you’re done moving your stuff to keep the pigeons out. We had a storage unit extremely close to the doors. After a month of using the storage unit there was a small white stain on one of our items.”
