“The Warwick DXL has incredible customer service. My husband was there to buy clothes for an upcoming trip to Greece. I have to say it felt more like having a personal shopper than a typical retail store. And I always thought DXL would be too expensive for us but they’re having incredible sales that made the cost less than anywhere else! The quality of the clothes are also really high. Overall 5 star experience. I also want to give a shout out to the woman that helped us…I forgot her name but she was amazing!! Handling multiple guests at once but made the experience feel very personalized. Well done!”
“I went there for insoles for my work shoes as I stand most of my day and wanted better arch support. They have a foot scanner and a pad you step across several times that analyzes your foot and step to recommend the best out of 9ish options there. I chose the multi-purpose elite insoles for my work and gym shoes because they feel great. I was able to forget they were in my shoes within the first hour I was walking on them.”

“My family and I went here the other day and the staff is amazing! Offered to help so much and when my daughter, who has autism, was having sensory issues and began to become disregulated the staff went out of their way to make us and her feel like we weren’t a burden and non judgmental of our situation. I usually have to leave and I feel embarrassed if this happens but they made us feel welcome and they were so respectful.”

“Great for sneaker and sports wear. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of styles they don't have at Footlocker or Olympia. It would be nice if they carried cleats. Parking sucks, but it's worth the trip for both kids and adults with some sport fashion sense and flava!!”
“Went to the Warwick Mall for back to school shopping and Off Broadway Shoes had the best deals. BOGO on shoes, Clearance an extra 20% off and even backpacks and socks were on sale. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I can always find the sizes I need for my kids. Thank you Kaylyn and Kara for ordering my shoes and them being here in time for school to start! They both were super nice. Will definitely be back to see them for future help!”

“I went to Tillys for some last minute shopping 12/20/22 a little after noon. The staff was super friendly, super helpful. The you guy work in the back of the store asked all the right questions to help. One employee even went to check in the back for the size I needed. I noticed an employee greeted everyone who came in if they weren't helping someone.”

“Went in thinking I wouldn’t find anything in my size. The District Manager hopped into action pulled like 6 pairs of boots! And while I was trying things on Sales Associate Bev, was so kind and sweet to my 3yo son giving him a sticker and asking him what he wanted for Christmas. Bev also helped me get a care kit for my new boots! We purchased 5 pairs of shoes from them that day all because of great customer service! Online could never!!”

I forgot my receipt on a purchase of sneakers and needed to exchange for another size. The staff did all they could to help me with the exchange and since they didn't have the size on-site sent it to my house at no charge. Super helpful snd very satisfied with the products, that they stand behind their products and the customer service. I hace to add that I went later in the evening. Going there midday when it is super busy, they might not hace bedn able to help me as much. I know when I called no one answers the phone. You have to go in to get help.”

“Recently visited this Finish Line Macy’s location and the customer service was exceptional. The workers greeted me immediately, asked what I was looking for and provided several helpful recommendations for running + lifting sneakers for the gym. They also explained that they are unable to take Finish Line retail returns so I was aware after I created a rewards account there. I liked how they weren’t pushy and were willing to help me the whole time”

“This is where you find customer service and caring that’s no longer so common!I needed a gift for someone I didn’t know, to be delivered by a charity. Went in and when I mentioned it was for charity, the owner asked me to pick an envelope from a basket, which would contain a discount. He also helped me box the items up, since I was late delivering a wrapped gift. Top notch service!”
