“This is where you find customer service and caring that’s no longer so common!I needed a gift for someone I didn’t know, to be delivered by a charity. Went in and when I mentioned it was for charity, the owner asked me to pick an envelope from a basket, which would contain a discount. He also helped me box the items up, since I was late delivering a wrapped gift. Top notch service!”

“Obviously shoes from an actual shoe store are going to be more expensive than Walmart, but they have a great selection and good deals. Worth checking out esp for back to school shopping”

“Joe and Beth greeted me once I walked into the store. My first time in a Red Wing store. I found the place based on a Google search. I told them I was looking for boots for rain, snow, comfort, and for a diabetic. They put their minds together and found the right model of boot for me 1222 model. Comfort is everything to me. I found out Red Wing has been around 118 years since 1905. I will differently be back at some point and time. Thank you guys.”

“I went to Tillys for some last minute shopping 12/20/22 a little after noon. The staff was super friendly, super helpful. The you guy work in the back of the store asked all the right questions to help. One employee even went to check in the back for the size I needed. I noticed an employee greeted everyone who came in if they weren't helping someone.”

“Recently visited this Finish Line Macy’s location and the customer service was exceptional. The workers greeted me immediately, asked what I was looking for and provided several helpful recommendations for running + lifting sneakers for the gym. They also explained that they are unable to take Finish Line retail returns so I was aware after I created a rewards account there. I liked how they weren’t pushy and were willing to help me the whole time”

“This is a very complete shoe store. They have a large selection of brands, colors and sizes and if you don't see something you want, they can help you get it online. I found a pair of sneakers that my nephew wanted and I got the size he needed. Foot Locker is headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, and operates in 28 countries. Although established in 1974, and founded as a separate company in 1988, Foot Locker's roots date to 1879, as it is a successor corporation to the F. W. Woolworth Company ("Woolworth's"), as many of its freestanding stores were Kinney Shoes and Woolworth's locations. The company operates the eponymous "Foot Locker" chain of athletic footwear retail outlets (along with "Kids Foot Locker" and "Lady Foot Locker" stores), and other athletic-based divisions including Champs Sports, Footaction USA, House of Hoops, and Eastbay/Footlocker.com, which owns the rights to Final-Score. Foot Locker has over 3,300 stores in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia, mostly in malls. Nearly 70% of its products are from Nike.”

“I saw reviews from a couple years ago saying the in store prices were much higher than the online ones. I was concerned about this, but when I got there and found the coveralls I was looking for the in store price was identical to the online one, which I was ecstatic to see.Other than that the employees were really nice. Would definitely consider coming here again if I have similar needs in the future.”

“Great for sneaker and sports wear. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of styles they don't have at Footlocker or Olympia. It would be nice if they carried cleats. Parking sucks, but it's worth the trip for both kids and adults with some sport fashion sense and flava!!”
