“Such great service! I called this excellent little shop because my phone was giving a moisture in charging port message which didn't seem correct. They said, "Bring it in, and we can figure out if it's repairable." It turns out that it didn't need to be resoldered, and there was just junk clogging up the port. It was inexpensive, and the staff were honest, and good conversationalists. I'm so pleased!”
“Pinnacle Discount Center has a wide variety of TVs. Well, I had a problem with my TV that my family brought for me back in December 2023. It just went out, no picture, no sound, nothing. So I called the manufacturer. They told me because the TV was bought at a TV Discount Center that wasn't on the manufacturer's list. This manufacturer will only replace TVs that are bought at bigger stores like best buy, walmart, and targets or any other store that has a TV department. Since Pinnacle Discount Center wasn't one of those stores they could not help me or send me a new tv. They told me to go back to the store where the TV was bought. So I called Pinnacle Discount Center thinking that they would be more than happy to help me. I was sadly mistaken. It was a very upsetting experience with this place. I was having problems with my phone at the time I called so the salesperson that answered couldn't hear me, because my phone service was going in and out a lot. So I raised my voice a little bit and said can you hear me now, can you hear me? Over and over again. The sales person that answered the phone hung up on me. So I called him back and told him what happened to my TV and of course the phone was going in and out again. He couldn't hear me. So again I just raised my voice a little, mind you, so he can hear me. But again he thought I was yelling at him. When I wasn't trying to. So he said to me, if you are going to yell at me I'm going to hang up on you and that's just what he did, hung up on me again. I wasn't trying to argue with him. I was very upset that he hung up on me. That's it. I wasn't angry at all . The phone was going in and out I raised my voice just a little bit so he can understand me and he hung up on me. No patience whatsoever. So I called back again and ask to speak to the manager of the store. When the manager came on the phone he sounded very frustrated and a little angry with me before he even heard me explain my side of the story. Doug was very frustrated. I got so upset and nervous because this guy just lost it with me over the phone this guy Doug the manager. He made me even more upset and nervous. All I was doing was trying to explain to him what happened in my own words. And he did everything possible to stop me from explaining. Doug just didn't want to hear it. But that's okay, I'm not mad at him. I guess he's doing his job. I guess Doug got mad because I did tell him that the salesperson that hung up on me twice should be fired. Maybe that's what did it to Doug, I don't know. But anyway, all this was a big and I mean big misunderstanding. The manager Doug did not have any patience for a customer. So he told me to bring the TV in and he would exchange it since the manufacturer couldn't help me. 4 days later I brought the TV in to Pinnacle Discount Center. I thought by this time everything would be all done and over with and everything has calmed down. But no, Doug started talking to me about what happened 4 days earlier. I didn't say a word. I did not want to go back there and start an argument about what happened earlier. But I did keep my cool and just let Doug get it all out, so he could feel better. All I wanted was to exchange my TV, not argue. Hey doug! Let It Go, it's okay the manufacturer couldn't help me, but you did! So thank you and may God bless you and yours always.”
“It's Gamestop. Minimum selection for a Big name video game store.The place never seems to know who they are marketing to with the stores looking like a big mess. Hopefully you find what you are looking for because my son & I rarely do.”
“Visited Best Buy to return a laptop that we could not use. It was purchased as a gift for my 5 year old, but beyond her ability in terms of functionality. They were unable to return it without having me sign up for the yearly Best Buy Perks membership, for $55. At first I was annoyed, because I don't often shop for electronics so I probably wouldn't use it much. But in doing this, I exchanged the laptop and purchased a Samsung Galaxy a9+ tablet. The membership is okay, the app gives a lot of discounts and perks to members.”

“We hired Federal Hill Home Theaters to finish installing a surround sound system in our living room. The previous owners of the home had a system installed, so the speakers were already in the wall and there were a mess of wires everywhere. We are not people who know much about sound systems, and Matthew and Rachel did an excellent job walking us through every step of the way! They made sure we understood all our options at varying price points and in no way pressured us to spend more than we needed to... which is nice when you have no idea what you are doing! They were both professional, knowledgeable, patient with all our questions, and very clean! They were so respectful of our house and not only cleaned up after the installation but also did a great job managing all our wires from various gaming systems, so our entertainment center looks much neater. They took so much time to teach us how to use everything and were helpful even after installation and final payment when we had a few more questions. I would highly recommend the Federal Hill Home Theaters team!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. I came super early in the morning to get a limited item, that only had one inventory marked left. Maria was incredibly helpful and found it in the backroom! Many other staff would have said if it's not in the front, then it's not available.

“Went in Thursday November 30th with my iPhone that I can only described as being possessed. Siri was talking like she was a layer In an ad for a used car dealer and I could not use my touchscreen. Was greeted at the door by Jesse and another gentleman and they were able to get me back into my phone extremely fast. Awesome guys all around thanks again Jesse!”
“A well stocked target with plenty of interesting items. My only complaint would be that the self checkout line was very long, with only 3 of 4 functional. There were only 3 staffed checkout lanes, and it was quite a long wait for several item checkout.”

Thomas talked me off the ledge almost immediately and clearly told me what could be done. He explains things very well and immediately made me feel comfortable.
