“Start to finish the purchasing my new fridge couldn’t have been easier! Rich at the Cranston location talked me through everything, and even got my new fridge to me very quickly because my old one (26 year old) had finally died. When it was clear my old water hookup was not up to code, I had their in house plumber come in and hook up my beautiful new fridge. Same day old fridge was pulled, new one put in, plumbing issue solved, and now my gorgeous new fridge is humming along, working like a dream! I’ve also purchased a stove from Wickford appliance, with similar ease! Forget the box stores, shop local, support your community, and have a better buying experience for it! 10/10 Will definitely shop here again.”

“I Spoke to a front desk employee Sid, I needed to transfer my eSIM and into my other phone and my phone was fully dead. It wasn’t charging and I was stressing and my phone was not charging and he went to go fix it and he went to go take out gunk out of my phone and he put it to charge and then it finally worked and then I was in shock and so amazed and so happy and relieved because he fixed it because I thought I had to transfer the icloud data to the other phone still, but it wouldn’t be able to because the phone would need to at least have 60% charge these guys are the best they are amazing at what they do, ima be back for sure if i ever need anything done from them🙌🙏‼Jesus bless them ❤”

“I bought a PlayStation 3 (fat) on eBay and after a minute running it gave a yellow light, which is a fatal error. I called 2 repair shops in Rhode Island who advertised PlayStation repair, but would only do 4&5. When I called REC, they confidently told me they could repair any electronic. He fixed my ps3 and from all I’ve seen it’s not an easy repair. I’m going to bring my Sega’s and Xbox’s here when they eventually fail. I highly recommend”

Very professional, courteous, and conscientious that he's in someone's home or workplace, in THEIR space, and keeps things clean and again, profesional, which is important to us as the last thing we want to hear is... a good customer complaining that the fun new gear they just paid good money for, was installed by someone who didn't seem to know what they were doing.
