“Went to Metro this morning to upgrade our phones at this location, Was was greeted by Shayla, we needed new 5G phones and I wanted hotspot for our boat Shayla was very knowledgeable in what we wanted and needed. We had already been to Metro on Bald Hill road met with a girl wish I could remember her name but I remembered she had purple hair, when I told her what I wanted she said all I needed to do was upgrade my phones. When I asked about Hotspot she said ( Why do you need hotspot when your going to have 5g) didn't make sense to me, plus she made me feel like we were imposing on her empty store. Needless to say thanks to Shayla for her knowledge and patience we're on our boat watching Netflix!”

“Go see Eddie at Accessory City in front of Old Navy in Warwick Mall. I brought a device to The Fix (stay away from them) in the mall and they destroyed the phone for what they said was a simple back panel fix.Eddie was able to take care of everything and get the phone into a working condition. He was thorough, easy to communicate with and upfront. Wouldn't hesitate to go back here when needing phone repairs.”

“Visited Best Buy to return a laptop that we could not use. It was purchased as a gift for my 5 year old, but beyond her ability in terms of functionality. They were unable to return it without having me sign up for the yearly Best Buy Perks membership, for $55. At first I was annoyed, because I don't often shop for electronics so I probably wouldn't use it much. But in doing this, I exchanged the laptop and purchased a Samsung Galaxy a9+ tablet. The membership is okay, the app gives a lot of discounts and perks to members.”

“The service there is a source I've ever seen the staff there are rude and treat you not that well I am eliminating cox and going to Verizon. You are not the only game in town you really didn't look at the needs of the people that come in your staff there seems to think that we are all stupid. You ask them a question and they don't really answer it or they don't have the answer it's very unfortunate more people will realize this you will lose them also as you have me”

“Went in Thursday November 30th with my iPhone that I can only described as being possessed. Siri was talking like she was a layer In an ad for a used car dealer and I could not use my touchscreen.
