“Great experience. Steve greeted us and was very knowledgeable about the situation. He was polite, respectful and professional. He talked us through everything and then texted me a video of the car and what the problem was, so I could see it so it's not a mechanic shop who's going to try to sell you things that aren't real. After they found out the issues they sent an another text that had detailed information in it where I was able to approve and/or deny the different work they we're saying it needed. So they didn't just do unnecessary work and bill you for it. The work was done very satisfactory. The price was a tad higher than I have experienced in the past but he promised that was because he used a great parts that were guaranteed to last for years and if it didn't I could come back and he would make it right. If this changes I can change my review accordingly in the future but all in all there are five star establishment! Just like in the movie Tommy Boy it's important to get good guarantee.
