My name is ************************* and anytime I have an issue with zipcar they immediately *************** have to remember this is a car sharing company meaning someone people are careless and often times dont report the issues with vehicles . “This Hertz location turned out to be a hidden gem for us! We had a unique situation where we needed to transport 17 cabinets from Bristol, RI to Palm Coast, FL for a renovation. Other options like a POD or U-Haul would have cost $1,400-$1,600, but we found a Sprinter cargo van here for just $61 a day. We added damage protection insurance, which was well worth it for peace of mind on a long road trip.
The van performed perfectly, and on the way down, a rock hit the windshield during a storm, causing a small crack that crack spread and spread by the time we got back. Thankfully, the insurance covered everything, and returning the van was hassle-free. Overall, the entire trip cost only $661—a huge savings!
