“I had an excellent experience with Chadi … his representation was knowledgeable, patient, and resolved my shipping issue quickly. He communicated clearly and made sure I understood all my options. Very professional and appreciated.”
“The employees there are always very nice. They greet you with a smile and always tell you to have a nice day. Very fast service. I only use this store for my returns and shipping needs.”
“The staff here are consistently professional, pleasant, and polite. The Manager ( Bob ? ) is so very helpful, patient , and is extremely personable & takes the time to clearly explain the wide array of services that the UPS on Atwood Avenue in Cranston has to offer. I always have a positive experience whenever I stop by my favorite UPS location.”
“This store always has a fresh selection of produce and a friendly atmosphere. The staff is super helpful and the deli section is a must-try! I love shopping here for my weekly groceries.”
“Very attentive, nice, patient, and easy! I came in with 10 boxes to ship across the country and it couldn’t have gone more smoother. I appreciated the patience and friendliness I was met with, any other worker at any other postal office would’ve given me a much different experience.”
“Had great experience with the Printing department at Staples in Providence RI. They made infomal recommendations regarding the types of applications needed to format the document. At the store, the associate was very patient. She printed out the program on two types of paper and worked with us to correct a photo that was distorted. Fast turnaround for printing job with fold in it.”
“This very day when I came to the store, I had one of the best experience with the store associate. I was in an off mood from a Drs appt which I left in the car but stepped in to this bright, bushy tail happy person which turned my frown upside down. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name but if all stores had associates as attentive & friendly, the shopping experience would be amazing.”

“They made the process so easy. They were extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous. I was in and out in no time. They explained some of their services as I had brought my copy of the mailing label at the library. I will always use this location. It is right over the bridge.”
“my dad and i went in here to look at computers. we were looking for a laptop. we bought a nice one. its a backup for my laptop. first computer i ever had was a del. it was a touch screen, it only lasted a year. my dad ordered it. when we needed help fixing it, my dad calls a lady in india, and she tells my dad he has to ship it to india. i just got a new computer. staples is the place to go if you need a computer.”
“I am a long time patron off the Staples Store on North Main Street,
in Providence, RI. I am always treated well when I ask for help, or assistance. This is my store of choice.”
“I’ve lived in the area over 20 years. And although the postal workers have changed over the years they have always remained as some of the kindest in all of the city. This continues to remain my favorite station and has a small town/neighborhood feel to it.”
“I rarely write reviews, but the staff at this location must be commended for their professional service. Arrived just before closing with a printing problem and they worked the issue and saved the day.”
“Here to offset some of the negative reviews based on my experience yesterday. Went to the store, found a bunch of vinyl that was really reasonably priced. There was some stuff that was overpriced in my opinion, but the reasonably priced stuff more than made up for the overpriced stuff. When I got the albums home I found a couple that had some scuffs, and the owner said just bring them back and I could swap them out with some others that were there (there were doubles in store). This is my kind of place for buying old classic rock records. Bins full of cool stuff, some in great shape and some not so much. So go and hunt for the good stuff, it's like going to a yard sale. But the prices and service was solid overall and the owner was very understanding.”
“The postal workers are nice, and it is an organized place. I find that my packages that I need to send for work arrive on time regularly, so this is my first choice for a local post office.”
“I come to this branch either everyday or every other day, frequent customer here. I don't interact much with the staff as I'm dropping off packages but if I have a question I get in line. Line goes quick if there's more than one person working the desk. I'd have to say, this place does need extra help. There is usually only one person behind the counter and they seem pretty miserable when left alone. I mean I would be pretty miserable if I was the only one at the counter with a mound of drop offs I have to scan. They do good work though, props.”
“I had to send a certified mail and had no idea how to do it the front desk staff helped me with everything it was very nice of her .an old building but kept organized.”

“This is a seriously tiny post office location. I have been in my share of small, one person, post offices: this one is one of the smallest. There are a couple of parking spots on the left side of the building for patrons and plenty of on street parking available. Post boxes are located on the sidewalk directly in front for 'walk up' mail drops; no driving up to these boxes, they are on the passenger side of your vehicle. The entrance is a short ramp from the sidewalk. Just inside to the left are P.O. Boxes and ahead is a small counter area. There is a lot going on in this small space. There are no more than several dozen post office boxes I would say in total in a small nook. Didn't actually count them. The counter space it self is mainly clear with a scale on the right and the computer system further on, out of reach. There is a plexiglass in front of that section keeping you off the the side during your transaction. The one person working was in back when I arrived. These smaller locations employ literally one person who is responsible for receiving mail, sorting, 'putting the mail up' into the PO boxes, providing customer service and all the attendant business related paperwork. I just waited patiently for about 45 seconds until they came out to see if I required assistance. Masks are required to be worn by customers during this time, and the person assisting me was wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer is on the counter. I had some cards that needed weighing in case they were overweight; they were. I also needed more stamps as my last round of card sending depleted my stock. There is a lot of card and post card sending happening over here lately. Staying in touch with friends and family during this time of often feeling isolated is a nice surprise. I know I appreciate it when I get a surprise card in the mail. The items I requested (two specific types of stamps) were procured, cards weighed, stamped and given over to be added to outgoing mail were all accomplished quickly and professionally. This location is not exactly 'on my way' generally speaking, but I would not hesitate to stop by here at any time when I am in need of more postal supplies.”
“Darcy at the North Kingstown office was so helpful. My carrier had misplaced a package; that was supposed to have been delivered. Darcy found it. That was very helpful. Thank You.”
“An older man delivered my package today. It was nice to see that he actually placed the package down on the stairs rather than throwing it like many of the younger drivers seem to do.”

“I've been using this post office for years & have never had an issue. There's only long lines around nov-dec for obvious reasons. Staff is always helpful, location is much more convenient than the downtown location (parking always a nightmare), & the Corliss location is fine but it's ALWAYS so busy. Parking on Smith has never been an issue, or if you take public transportation, the bus (57 or 56 line) runs approx every 20 min & drops very close by. It is sometimes hard to spot since it's in the same building as a Mexican food restaurant & sits next to the Rhode Island credit union.”
“So, I just moved to North Providence and had to google the nearest post office. When I saw the bad reviews, I was driving there wondering what my experience would be like. Well, when I arrived there, I stood in a line of only 2 people, and noticed the clerk was very friendly and outgoing. When it was finally my turn, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. I introduced myself, and she stated her name is: Katt Lead Clerk. She did a great job and great customer service skills. Stop putting negative comments on places it ruins people's expectations. Let's be kind!”
“I have a question I'm not even sure if you can answer it I had ordered some items to which they said it was delivered but I never got it or signed for it the driver told them he left it at the post office what can I do to see if it's thee I don't have a tracking number I just have a message saying if I didn't get my packages to check with the post office.”
“This is where my box is located.I have dealt with this branch for many, many years. The service is always professional. The attention to detail is awesome. Best experience with the staff.”
“It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.”
“I’ve been to this location three times in the last few months and every time the team is helpful, knowledgeable about the best way to send items and very patient with the long line of customers.”
“I recently visited the United States Postal Service and had an outstanding experience. Not only was I able to complete multiple errands efficiently, but the service I received was exceptional.
A special shoutout to Justin, a representative who made the entire process seamless. He guided me through the passport process, ensuring I had everything I needed. Additionally, he assisted me with packaging my goods, carefully weighing them, and thoroughly explaining each step. His professionalism and patience truly stood out.
Thanks to Justin, what could have been a lengthy process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to be in and out quickly. I genuinely appreciate his assistance and am grateful for the excellent service. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing USPS services!”
“Give me any reason to rave about my boy Richard. He is the GOAT! Always makes people smile. He’s the friendliest guy in there. I look forward to my trips because of Richard.”
