Once I arrived, the store manager went above and beyond to accommodate me, helping me wrap and tape the mattress. The best UPS experience ever!”
“Had great experience with the Printing department at Staples in Providence RI. They made infomal recommendations regarding the types of applications needed to format the document. At the store, the associate was very patient. She printed out the program on two types of paper and worked with us to correct a photo that was distorted. Fast turnaround for printing job with fold in it.”

“Girl at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Parking isn't great so I had to walk which was difficult since I have a back injury. They only have 2 parking spots dedicated to them and pulling in and out of the small lot is horrible. Quick and easy service tho”

“Our business had a complex order printed at this location recently. The staff was exceptionally responsive in confirming our order and getting it done way ahead of schedule. When I found that I had made an error in one large sign after picking up the order, the Warwick location kicked it into gear to get everything reprinted the same day I needed it, saving me a load of embarrassment and helping our company deliver seamlessly. The team at this FedEx was exceptionally helpful in getting this rush order, but more than that, they communicated with me every step of the way with patience and a professionally positive attitude. They cared that we got what we needed quickly and with the highest quality I could ask for. I would trust them with anything!”
“Here to offset some of the negative reviews based on my experience yesterday. Went to the store, found a bunch of vinyl that was really reasonably priced. There was some stuff that was overpriced in my opinion, but the reasonably priced stuff more than made up for the overpriced stuff. When I got the albums home I found a couple that had some scuffs, and the owner said just bring them back and I could swap them out with some others that were there (there were doubles in store). This is my kind of place for buying old classic rock records. Bins full of cool stuff, some in great shape and some not so much. So go and hunt for the good stuff, it's like going to a yard sale. But the prices and service was solid overall and the owner was very understanding.”

“So, I just moved to North Providence and had to google the nearest post office. When I saw the bad reviews, I was driving there wondering what my experience would be like. Well, when I arrived there, I stood in a line of only 2 people, and noticed the clerk was very friendly and outgoing. When it was finally my turn, she was very helpful and answered all my questions. I introduced myself, and she stated her name is: Katt Lead Clerk. She did a great job and great customer service skills. Stop putting negative comments on places it ruins people's expectations. Let's be kind!”
“I've been using this post office for years & have never had an issue. There's only long lines around nov-dec for obvious reasons. Staff is always helpful, location is much more convenient than the downtown location (parking always a nightmare), & the Corliss location is fine but it's ALWAYS so busy. Parking on Smith has never been an issue, or if you take public transportation, the bus (57 or 56 line) runs approx every 20 min & drops very close by. It is sometimes hard to spot since it's in the same building as a Mexican food restaurant & sits next to the Rhode Island credit union.”
