“Very friendly staff! I went in there to buy a life jacket for my dog (off season) and couldn’t find any on the shelves. The store staff went out of their way to check in the back (twice!), until they found a box tucked in somewhere that had one. Highly recommend! I come to this store frequently and I was never disappointed.”

“I left Mia at Scott’s Kennels while we went on vacation for two weeks. The staff/“girls” are all wonderful! They all seem to love her and each have a unique way of showing it. I received many pics and videos, while away, which showed a happy dog! I picked her up today, after she received a spa treatment. Highly recommend Scott’s!”

I cannot say enough great things about these last 6 visits! after every class I get more and more proud of my dog hunter! it has been amazing to see my dogs drive for birds grow week by week. not only has my dog learned so many new things but by being at all of the training classes I have learned just as much being a first time dog owner! I am already looking forward to the next training session!”

Propane, sheds, Forever Furniture, and delivery of bulk soil & stone set the scene outside! The garden center is stunning in season ? A must see if in the area!! They also carry local raw milk, eggs, and yogurt!”

“I called this place the day of thinking there'd be no way they could accommodate my dog for 3 days with such incredibly short notice. There was no answer, but the woman who owned it called back almost as soon as I hung up. Amazingly they did have space so we took the chance and left her here instead of our usual place. One of the reviews said they're not fancy, but their dog came back happy. This is very accurate. It's not a huge place, but my dog seemed to really like the woman who was working with her the day that we picked her up. My dog is scared of people (but loves other dogs) and she got right up in the face of her new human playmate to give her kisses as we left. My dog has come home exhausted and happy to be home after using certain kennels, but she came home as her usual self after staying here. Doggo is happy so I'm happy! I only regret that I had absolutely no cash left after going to the casino,and there was no option to tip on the receipt with a credit card. Bring cash to tip, don't make the same mistake I made!”

“Raining Cats & Dogs is a fun store for anyone who is a lover of furry friends, or you may find a special treat to get for one here. There is everything here, and for every breed. You'll find stickers, keychains, towels, hats and socks, all of it for dog owners, by breed. They have leashes, collars, toys, snacks, special birthday treats and hats.The dog section is much larger then the cat section. There just might be more dog owners in the world. There's even a gift section dedicated to dogs that are no longer with us.Everything is in this store, many things I never knew existed. Any dog (or cat) lover would be thrilled to receive something from this small business.”

I am concerned about the one negative review which seems as though the reviewer might have been complaining about the town's dog park which really has nothing to do with the Stand Up For Animals organization or its personnel and it sounds like he may have been in the wrong place with his comments and his bag of broken glass.”
