“Sophie Myers was a very pleasant person. A great personality. She was very helpful with the information needed on the size of storage unit I needed. Thank you Sophie for all your help”
“Just rented a unit and the process was very easy. Jesse was amazing, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. If looking for a storage facility, highly recommend Compass Storage on Airport Rd.”
“A couple of years ago I was in need of a storage unit and remembered driving by the Ace Self Storage sign at the corner of Oak Street & Gavitt Avenue in Westerly. I called ahead of time and the owner Keith was very polite and efficient over the phone so I headed over to check it out. Keith greeted me and we wound up talking quite a bit about a variety of subjects. It was relaxing and I could tell this was a business that really invested in the customers by presenting very clean units in a safe and secure location. I appreciated the security cameras, large access gate and space between the buildings which made it easy to drive around with a trailer including the safety bollards that were clearly placed. I just moved out this weekend and want to give the strongest recommendation that, if you are in need of a storage unit, you head over to Ace Self Storage and let them treat you like guests while providing you with the protection you need for your personal treasures. Continued Success to Keith and his Team!”
“Exceptional service and friendly staff! Easy setup, convenient options and wonderful, wonderful atmosphere. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit!”
“I highly recommend this storage Facility and the manager Kevin was phenomenal in accomodating me. Although I no longer need this service, I would absolutely return if need be. Thank you Kevin!!!!!!”
“My boyfriend and I had a last minute need for an auto transport trailer on a Sunday, so we called this location, and I was blown away by how helpful the woman at the front desk (Joy?) was. She went above and beyond to help us find a solution and stuck with us as we made final plans. So friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend using this location! Thank you!”

“If I could give more stars I would. I cannot fully describe in words just how absolutely amazing they. The customer service and the quality of items available at Outback are second to none. I came to see them not really knowing what I needed or how any of the buying and transport process of containers worked. Their knowledgeable staff were patient and explained all of the things for me and were able to help me in a pinch for quick turnarounds too. It was so nice to be able to physically go to their location, talk to someone live and see the various container options in person. SO much easier than trying to buy from some of the other companies around online (and yes, even as a Rhode Islander based in Warren, the “long” drive to Westerly was 200% worth it, haha). Follow-up after delivery of the container was also great. Just AMAZING experience all around and I simply cannot recommend more!! Don’t go anywhere other than Out-Back Storage for any of your container needs in New England.”
