“It was quick and easy to get my storage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The storage looked clean and had a welcome bag inside. The only issue I have is that the storage lock bar where you can hold attach the locks is tough to open and close and it’s hard to open my storage door but it closes super easy. I have yet to bring attention to it to the staff so I’m not sure how quick they will be to change it out or fix it. I will update when I do.”

“A very upstanding, upright company. I have used them a number of times for clean outs for our property, they are good with everything. Always get me right on their drop off/pick up schedule, communicate well and are efficient. Easy.
I have been negligent more than once, at one point I totally forgot I had a dumpster here (and all responsibility with it) ? and still.. only a polite and gracious call from Gladu. :) I should have gotten secretary's name all these times but she is great. Never condescending, or demanding, or opportunistic. An excellent company, maybe one of the last. Thank you Gladu.”
