“If you're looking for a great storage place, North Smithfield location is the place to be. They have climate control units at feasible prices. The units are clean, the buildings are clean and easy access elevators so that you can move in and out. Place is secured with code entry. I will continue to use North Smithfield location for my storage needs.”
“Like several other reviewers, I actually called Mi-Box after having a negative experience with their national competitor, whose online reservation as well as phone service couldn't get around the fact I have an obscure zip code in RI.
I'm glad that happened though, because Mi-Box is a fantastic local company and everyone there has been a pleasure to work with!! The reservation process was easy and Adrienne was so nice. They were able to deliver our box the very next day after I called!! The driver also was professional, placed our box exactly where it needed to be on our property - including the angle of the door which had to be oriented toward the garage - and he was very courteous as well! We are very happy with Mi-Box of RI and recommend them!!”
