“Plaza has lots of stores, but we tried to shop at the Dollar Tree one evening at about 6PM, and it was closed. Odd thing was that we knew only because there was a handmade paper sign on the front door that said store closed, as if it would normally be open at that time. Little bit confusing.”

“I had the most amazing experience at UPS Store #6017 (679 Washington St Ste 3, South Attleboro, MA 02703) yesterday.
I needed help with a rush order for my father’s Memorial Service. I first spoke with Patricia who said that the print expert was working at another location that day, but she would call around to find a solution. Ultimately, the owner of the store, Irene, came in on a Saturday to help me.
Everything got done on-time and looked fantastic. Everyone I spoke with went out of their way to help me in a very stressful moment. I will forever be grateful and plan to tell everyone I know about the service I received. Thank you!”

Thanks to Craters and Freighters of RI for an excellent and professional packing job. Even the delivery man remarked that the crates were not damaged and in great condition for a X-country trip. “Received above and beyond customer service today! Two packages (total value over 300) I was supposed to receive were scanned delivered, but they were not actually delivered to my house. I went to the post office and spoke with the supervisor. She confirmed by the USPS GPS system that they were not delivered to my address. She notified the carrier and also went to the address where they were delivered herself and recovered the packages for me. She came to my house 1/2 hour later with the packages - what a relief and what great service! We are online sellers and use the Woonsocket post offices every day. All of the clerks are very helpful and always scan the packages for us.”
