He didn't get flustered, helped everyone and if he saw a quick drop off let them come forward with it to move the line along. There was a young kid bringing something to be shipped from his mom. “Easy one here, Sunday morning, needed printer ink, knew where to look, there was an associate in the same aisle helping a woman. Once she saw me looking for the correct ink for my printer, she asked if I needed help, I said “ yes I have the model # printer but not sure the number of the ink for it! She found it immediately. Went to checkout, one person being helped, then the associate asked my phone number to check my rewards and luckily for I had $22 and I was out in less than 10 minutes”
“Staples store in Smithfield, Rhode Island is excellent. Plenty of stock at the store, friendly and helpful staff, clean store. Staff is always responsive to my questions. I highly recommend purchasing items at the store.”

“I have lived in Milford for many years and I have always been treated exceptionally well at this location. We did my families passports at this location with Tyler and he was great with the pictures and instructions. They were very nice when doing the pictures for my newborn's passport. There's also a really nice young lady that has helped me multiple times as well and she is always very clear on what you need and the best way to get it done unfortunately I can't remember her name at this time. I would also like to point out Sheri who helped me this past month when I needed some assistance with getting things done properly after having to deal with paperwork related to my mother's passing.

“I only went into the United States Postal Service in Woonsocket, RI to drop off some business paperwork in the outgoing mailbox, today and yesterday. There's 2 parking options here - on street parking in front of the building on Social Street, or take a left at the traffic light, next immediate left after that leads to the parking lot in the back of the building. No handicapped options in the front of the building, there's a set of stairs to get in and out. Back parking lot I'm not sure about, but the back door is manual operation, same as the front of the building”
