It was impressive, in that it was very complete and consise. Our insurance company accepted it, and we booked the job with Jeff and Steve. They took care of everything. Arranged a rental car for me. The job was done much sooner than we expected, and it is PERFECT. These men KNOW what they are doing! They are perfectionists. When I picked my car up, I think they detailed it! It was spotless...inside and out. The rain beads up on my car, so I think they waxed it. The attention to detail was impressive. I am SO pleased, and highly recommend them and their work. We bought a lawn tractor, snow blower, weed wacker, and chain saw from them. George and Johanna are really friendly and listened to what we needed for our yard based on size and what we wanted to do and helped us pick out what we needed. They didn't try to sell us on a more expensive machine that we didn't need. They are very knowledgeable and we learned alot from them.
