“Amazing staff, it's hard to get beyond that! Michelle runs a fantastic team here. They are ALWAYS wonderful to EVERYONE. Everything is always clean and well placed. The staff is always doing a great job.Just an example, a year ago we had a terrible storm. Trucks had littered her lot and would not be able to move for some time. First thing in the AM, before opening even, she had gone to a fast food place and purchased every trucker there breakfast!!!”

“Always lovely staff members, clean building and reasonable drive. However they’ve switched their pumps to have touch screen buttons and it’s frustrating to use as they don’t register very well in my experience. Don’t understand why they changed them.”

“Just for clarification, Curtis Orth has NEVER been a Millsap employee and if what the other reviewer says is true, what was said was terrible but this was not something that should reflect on the review of the company. Service is great and the people who actually work there are too. Sorry if that happened to you, but get your facts straight before you post!”

“We stopped into this Shell station to gas up and use the bathrooms. It’s a lot like the Shell stations back home in Saskatoon, but there remains an unnerving calm in the air. The sun is beginning to set and it feels as if we’re being watched from a great distance. Is it possible? NO. It can’t be.. still the eye of Danielle Smith grows stronger with every passing minute. I admit, even with all our preparations and the conveniently located Shell station we may not be strong enough to head into Alberta. Still we press on. Toilets were clean too.”

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
