Customers appreciate the friendly treatment and willingness to work with them on prices and leases. If a desired product isn't in stock, they are willing to get it. The service is described as great, with staff always having what customers are looking for and possessing outgoing personalities. Many customers have been renting for years and plan to continue doing so, highly recommending Aaron's to everyone. While the service is great, one suggestion for improvement is to invest in an answering machine to provide store hours, which would be helpful for customers who travel long distances.

I’ve been renting with Aaron’s for years and I will keep doing so. Awesome staff, has amazing deals, shorter leases, willing to work with you and your prices and if they don’t have what your looking for they get it. I would highly recommend them and will keep renting from them myself.

I've been threw Aarons now for 3 plus years an have had no issues, love the service an the people that work there nothing but nice an friendly treatment everytime I go in to pay love the product that I receive as well very much would recommend to everyone that I know
