“I love the staff at this location. I have rented from Aaron's and easy home and both left me with a bad taste in my month . But at this location it's been nothing but staff that is very kind and Joe is amazing . He will help you whenever he can . I feel it be a real dumb move to let any of the staff go from this location. You have a good store with them . If it wasn't for the staff , I wouldn't keep renting from here .”

“I was in the store this afternoon. Farhan and Khush were great and helped with what I needed and wanted done. They were driven to help me figure out what I needed done. I would give both of the 5 stars for their assistance on helping me today. I appreciate their support and help.

Another staff member, would love to speak to store manager about this other individual (another photo department employee), was completely useless and unwilling to help. I was able to get 2 pictures on a mug with using the blank customization template. He told me it could not be done getting both pictures on the mug. This individual was dismissive about my mug being done a certain way which I had done with no issues last spring. He was neglectful on even learning after Farhan and Khush had figured it out for me. A great staff member would be willing to know for the future and he was completely dismissive. I'm very disappointed about his behaviour but I kept my emotions in tact as I was professional about it. Apparently he told me he's been with company for 20 years but doesn't know how to do a blank double template. Maybe he needs more training and also better customer service skills. Very disappointed with his attitude and demeanor the 2 times I interacted with him. I went home after and brought my mug to show him, but he was unwilling to help or figure it out. I would give him 0 stars if Google had that option. I gave all those stars for Farhan and Khush who helped me figure out those mugs. That unhappy employee who I won't mention needs to show more professionalism and respect for customers. He was a Mr. Know it all but as it turned out, a huge thanks to Farhan and Khush, I was able to get my mugs printed using that double template.”

“Roxy and Twyla are amazing staff members and will go out of their way to ensure a customer is happy. I had made an error in a purchase - that I did not leave the store with due it to being a large item - and returned an hour later to explain the problem. The staff there weren't able to help and told me to return the next day, which I did, and the customer service I received wasn't optimal. I admit it was my error, which I explained, but there was a lack of doing anything at all for the non-trivial amount of money I'd spent on the item, and other expensive purchases I'd made the day before.

Roxy overheard me speaking to another employee and came over to talk to me, very concerned I wasn't happy. She asked what had occurred and while I didn't think it would be worthwhile to waste her time telling her, I did. She was very understanding and she and Trina went out of their way to make sure I didn't leave the store miserable.

While I originally left thinking I'd never shop there again, I will return due to the actions of Roxy and Twyla. I'll also be more cautious of future purchases so I don't make the same error again and can alleviate running into the same scenario. ;) These 2 ladies are gems to this location. They truly care about the store and act professionally.”

“Went into the store to look for anti-slip rubber mats for my parent’s front steps. We were wandering and searching for them, when I heard someone speak out; since we were walking away and no one was near by, we didn’t assume that person was speaking to us. However, it was an employee who was half an aisle away and asked again if we needed help.

The gentleman not only stopped what he was doing, he walked us to the exact location where the mats were located and helped even further by showing us the various sizes.

I went to another Rona in the city, and two Home Depots, and did not have a single employee interact or acknowledge us.

This employee was awesome and helpful! A rarity these days! It makes us want to drive across the city for good service!”
