“We changed pharmacies over a year ago and could not be happier with the staff and pharmacists. They are all very kind and helpful. For example, one time I did not pack enough of a medication and they transferred a prescription out of province and even followed up with a personal phone call to make sure I received my medication.
The phone is always answered promptly and the wait at the counter is either non-existent or short.”
“We have been at Walkers for many, many years. Always been happy with service from Albert, then Datten and now Jen. Someone complained in another comment about having to advise them if you needed the new prescription that Doctor faxed over. Not filling the prescription until client advised they needed it, started before Darren left. And only makes sense, some scripts many people don't need immediately! So, I feel that was an unfair negative review!!
Since Jen has taken over, we now get drug information sheets, when a new med is prescribed. This is very beneficial, especially right now when we are having problems with a new med. Also Jen has scrambled to find a different drug, when the one prescribed is not available from drug company, and then after 1 script, that one wasn't available from company.

“This is the best pharmacy I have used. When we moved to the area, it felt like a bit of risk to not use one of the pharmacy chains along the street, but the reviews were great and it was one of the closest ones, so we went for it, and I am very glad we did.
The staff are super nice, personable, and knowledgeable. Communication with them is great, I have no trouble reaching them over the phone. Having delivery available is very convenient. They have done a great job telling me about my prescriptions and informing me of side effects. As a bonus it is nice to support a local business.”
