“UPDATE: happy to report my warranty was made good on. My couch cushions are replaced and frankly better now than when we bought the couch. A bit more communication during the process would have been appreciated and helped us feel more supported as customers. They came through in the end and we are very pleased with the end result. DO NOT BUY FROM SORENSONS. The sales person was nice enough when we bought our couch in 2021, but it's not worth the hassle when you try and claim any warranty. They made SUCH a big deal about how great the warranty is at the time of sale, but less than 1 year after purchase we had some staples sticking out of the frame that were cutting our feet and tried to contact them multiple times, sent pictures via email as instructed, and never heard a word back. Now, we are trying to get warranty on another piece of the couch and I am grossly disappointed by the customer service. Not only do they STILL use a PAPER filing system for their receipts (in 2025... are you KIDDING me??), which makes it incredibly difficult to even begin to get warranty work done if you don't have your receipt from the time of purchase (luckily, I have mine), but the owner was supposed to get back to me THREE weeks ago and I haven't so much as received a text. I have called and followed up to no avail. I cannot ever recommend purchasing from this store. Its an absolute joke of an establishment and they don't live up to their word. -5 stars.”
“I love the staff at this location. I have rented from Aaron's and easy home and both left me with a bad taste in my month . But at this location it's been nothing but staff that is very kind and Joe is amazing . He will help you whenever he can . I feel it be a real dumb move to let any of the staff go from this location. You have a good store with them . If it wasn't for the staff , I wouldn't keep renting from here .”

“Roxy and Twyla are amazing staff members and will go out of their way to ensure a customer is happy. I had made an error in a purchase - that I did not leave the store with due it to being a large item - and returned an hour later to explain the problem. The staff there weren't able to help and told me to return the next day, which I did, and the customer service I received wasn't optimal. I admit it was my error, which I explained, but there was a lack of doing anything at all for the non-trivial amount of money I'd spent on the item, and other expensive purchases I'd made the day before.
Roxy overheard me speaking to another employee and came over to talk to me, very concerned I wasn't happy. She asked what had occurred and while I didn't think it would be worthwhile to waste her time telling her, I did. She was very understanding and she and Trina went out of their way to make sure I didn't leave the store miserable.
While I originally left thinking I'd never shop there again, I will return due to the actions of Roxy and Twyla. I'll also be more cautious of future purchases so I don't make the same error again and can alleviate running into the same scenario. ;) These 2 ladies are gems to this location. They truly care about the store and act professionally.”
