“I’ll be honest, in the past I have had some minor issues however they were dealt with promptly. Ideally those issues shouldn’t have happened but we are all human. I’ve been with this particular branch for 12 years and with the nbc for 20 years. I was concerned with loosing my financial advisor to retirement and fortunately I am very pleased with the replacement I currently have. Jerome is very kind, knowledgeable, honest and goes over everything thoroughly. He is very easy to communicate with and makes sure you are confident in your investment strategies.
