“Safest location in the city, also one of the better locations as well. I find the other Walmart’s to often be lacking stock, be dirty or cluttered, and have dirty parking lots with lots of people asking for things as you walk inside… this one doesn’t have those things to deal with. The staff aren’t the most knowledgeable people unfortunately about their place of work… and there have been times they just walk away after asking for info about something and dont seek out anyone else to help. That part isnt great clearly and is why i gave 4 stars.”

Ulta Beauty moved out of Target last month, so Target moves its own beauty department in on Sept. 10. The retailer will open Target Beauty Studio in more than 600 stores and on Target.com, stocking more than 1,600 products from 90 prestige and emerging brands.
