I’ve come in multiple times and seen other managers just sitting on the bench in the fitting room, watching their staff work while one team member is clearly overwhelmed. It’s disappointing to see managers sitting around doing nothing while their team is busy. “Was difficult to get the attention of an employee at first. When I did, the employee did an excellent job of assisting. Possibly Mark's could have additional staff for better overall customer experience. It is mot like there wouldn't be work for additional staff as many of the racks and tables need attention and organizing.”

“My fiance and I visited today to choose an outfit for him for our upcoming wedding in Hawaii. We ended up going with a grey suit vest, dress pants, a white button up long sleeve, and a new belt. The total was about $450 which for a grooms outfit was much expected. The fabric of the outfit is high quality and the staff were extremely kind and helpful! The hem for the pants was less than $20 to have an in store tailor complete and is expected to be ready in 4 days. The only thing that was sad to see is that the staff at the store have to keep the store doors locked during business hours and let customers in individually due to what appears to be safety concerns/loitering in the downtown area. This is a new change with the doors being locked this time compared to when we were at this Moore's location about a year ago, so I would assume the issues have worsened. Would be nice to see a change in location to encourage customer and worker comfortability in Saskatoon”
“I came in and noticed the staff working hard to clean the store and some customers blatently throwing clothes around and onto the floor without care. I couldn't imagine putting that work day in and day out and having rude people with zero manners throwing it in your face. With that said if the staff can't keep up perhaps they need more staff to keep ontop of folding and cleanliness. Customer service was great and I found what I was looking for. I hope customers here can be more mindful of the hard work that goes into the store and try to not leave a disaster after someone just folded it.”

“Typical lammles chain. Staff is very friendly, store is very clean and organized. Only reason I'm not giving this 5 starts is I wish there was more boot selection for rodeo athletes. The double stitched, leather sole, square toed selection is bleak, or good quality selections for that matter. The only boots that seem to last are Boulet, maybe it's better quality leather idk. But I'll burn through two pairs of Ariats a year vs one pair of Boulets. I just wish there was a bigger Boulet selection.”
