My experience was the same as one of the other comments, I very much dislike this open floor plan and will be changing banks soon because of it. There is no privacy anymore and it feels like everyone can hear what you’re saying to the teller about your account.

I am unable to acess my investment income tax forms. I seem to be signing in to the wrong RBC online site & the help line doesn’t understand what I’m asking. RBC doesn’t seem to understand what I need or how I can get it
