Went in today to update personal information and after a few minutes and great customer service, I was able to log back into easy web.

Lower than average bank… will try to keep you indebted to them for as long as possible. First mortgage specialist I got was awful but I asked to switch and now I can actually understand them speak to me.

Very long lines inside, because there's absolutely NO hustle by the tellers. They are slower than molasses
