The 8th St branch always slow and have long queue. I wanted to renew my card and hard to turn back a couple times. It's closest Branch to me.

Extremely long wait times, we got moved to a different till from the line to watch 2 others go ahead of us. No one seems to care about how long clients have to wait in line

Very bad experience of service from an indian banker at 8 street branch. He made me wait for more than 11 days without responding when I provided all required docs on the first day of meeting. I gonna close my account asap.
